A day-by-day plan to go from sign-up to a repeatable outreach engine. Follow it, and by day 30 you'll know which audience, message and channel book meetings for you.
Week 1: Set up and launch safely#
| Day | Do | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sign up, complete onboarding, write a sharp ICP | Define your ICP |
| 1 | Connect LinkedIn. Tidy your profile headline and banner. | Connect LinkedIn · Optimize your profile |
| 2 | Connect a mailbox (SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook) | Connect email |
| 2 | Write your Outreach / AI instructions and add your Booking link | Workspace settings |
| 3 | Import 100–200 people for one ICP slice | Import |
| 3 | Enrich them and write personalized lines | Enrichment |
| 4 | Create a campaign from a template or with AI | Fast start |
| 4 | Preview with 3 real prospects. Fix anything that reads robotic. | Variables |
| 5 | Set Cautious limits and launch | Limits |
Week 2: Reply fast, learn fast#
- Check Inbox twice a day. Reply to positive responses within an hour.
- Move real conversations to Interested or Meeting.
- Keep the reply templates handy, and save wording that works in Settings → Templates to reuse in sequences.
- Connect Slack so replies reach you anywhere. See Slack.
- End of week: open Reports and write down acceptance and reply rates.
Week 3: Test one thing#
- Switch to Recommended limits if acceptance is healthy.
- Duplicate the campaign (New campaign → Copy a campaign) and change one thing: the invite note, the first message, or the audience. See A/B testing.
- Launch a second ICP slice or a warm list, for example post engagers.
Week 4: Scale what works#
- Keep the winning version and archive the loser.
- Add email follow-up if you haven't. See the Multichannel playbook.
- Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or a webhook so stages and replies flow to your CRM.
- Set up a custom trigger so form leads get a LinkedIn touch automatically.
- Decide on capacity. A campaign can send from up to 10 accounts per channel, each within its own daily limits. Need more senders or mailboxes? See Add-ons.
