Post Prosyo alerts into the Slack channel your team already watches. No bot and no Slack app review needed.

What you can post#

• Reply received: a prospect replied on LinkedIn or email
• Campaign launched / Campaign paused
• Account needs reconnect: a LinkedIn or email account stopped working
• Prospect created, Stage changed, Prospect enriched

The defaults are replies, launches and reconnect alerts.

1. Create an incoming webhook in Slack#

1. Go to https://api.slack.com/apps and click Create New App → From scratch.
2. Name it Prosyo and pick your workspace.
3. Open Incoming Webhooks and turn it On.
4. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace.
5. Pick the channel, for example #sales-replies, and click Allow.
6. Copy the Webhook URL. It starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/.

2. Connect in Prosyo#

1. Go to Integrations → Slack.
2. Paste the URL into Incoming webhook URL.
3. Choose your Events.
4. Click Connect.
5. Click Test connection. A one-line confirmation appears in the channel.

Prosyo only accepts official Slack webhook URLs. Other URLs are rejected.

Change the channel#

Create a new webhook for the new channel in Slack, then paste the new URL in Prosyo.
