Slack

Post Prosyo alerts into the Slack channel your team already watches. No bot and no Slack app review needed.

What you can post#

• Reply received: a prospect replied on LinkedIn or email
• Campaign launched / Campaign paused
• Account needs reconnect: a LinkedIn or email account stopped working
• High-intent lead: someone unlocked in Intent who fits your ideal customer shows strong buying signals
• Playbook match: an Intent playbook picked up a new person. It's sent only for playbooks with Send each match to Slack, HubSpot or your webhook when those are connected turned on.
• Prospect created, Stage changed, Prospect enriched

The defaults are Reply received, Campaign launched, Account needs reconnect and High-intent lead.

1. Create an incoming webhook in Slack#

1. Go to https://api.slack.com/apps and click Create New App → From scratch.
2. Name it Prosyo and pick your workspace.
3. Open Incoming Webhooks and turn it On.
4. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace.
5. Pick the channel, for example #sales-replies, and click Allow.
6. Copy the Webhook URL. It starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/.

2. Connect in Prosyo#

You need to be a workspace owner or admin.

1. Go to Integrations and click the Slack card. Its details open in a panel on the right.
2. Click Connect Slack.
3. Paste the URL into Incoming webhook URL and click Connect.
4. Under Events, tick the alerts you want, then click Save mapping to save your choice.
5. Click Test connection. "Prosyo is connected. Reply, campaign and seat alerts will land in this channel." appears in the channel. Prosyo also posts this message once when you click Connect.

Prosyo only accepts official Slack webhook URLs. Other URLs are rejected.

Change the channel#

1. In Slack, create a new webhook for the new channel.
2. In Prosyo, open the Slack card and click Disconnect.
3. Click Connect Slack, paste the new URL and click Connect. Then tick your events again and click Save mapping.

• A #sales-ops channel for Account needs reconnect so someone fixes it fast
