- Responsible outreach
On this page
Good outreach is relevant, personal and well paced. It books more meetings and keeps your accounts healthy.
LinkedIn#
- Stay under 20–25 invites a day per account, and use Cautious for the first week.
- Withdraw old invites with Cancel an invitation if not accepted till (7–14 days).
- Target tightly. Low acceptance is the biggest risk signal.
- Don't run two automation tools on the same LinkedIn account.
- Keep your profile complete with a real photo and a clear headline.
- Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement. You're responsible for how you use your account.
Email#
- Authenticate your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Warm up new mailboxes. Start near 25 emails a day and raise slowly.
- Use a secondary domain for cold outreach where you can.
- Honor opt-outs straight away. Click DNC on their conversation in Inbox, or select them on Prospects and click Suppress.
- Follow your local laws, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CASL. Include your identity and a way to opt out where required.
Data#
- Import only data you're allowed to use.
- Delete people who ask to be removed.
- Treat a website company match as an estimate. It doesn't identify the person who visited. For saved people in Intent, read their actual LinkedIn activity or reply before reaching out.
What Prosyo will never do#
- Message people on WhatsApp or Instagram
- Invent emails, companies or personal details
- Send outside the working hours and daily limits you set
- Mix one workspace's prospects, inbox or billing with another's
- Send from Claude or ChatGPT without your confirmation
- Let Agent Penny or an agent send messages, change your data or run actions that use credits (such as research or enrichment) without your approval on a card, unless you allowed that action in advance for a saved scheduled task, an agent or Penny SDR. (The AI work behind each answer uses credits as it runs.)
SalesGPT prepares drafts and gives advice. You review the copy and send it yourself from Inbox or Campaigns.
