SalesGPT

Use SalesGPT to understand campaigns and replies, write outreach and refine a final follow-up. Learn what to ask, how to review drafts and how credits work.

On this page

SalesGPT helps you understand your workspace and write useful outreach. Ask about campaigns, review recent replies, or turn a brief into a message you can edit and use.

Open SalesGPT#

Click Ask SalesGPT about your pipeline... at the top of Prosyo, or press Ctrl+K on Windows / ⌘K on Mac. On a phone, tap the sparkle button at the top, or choose SalesGPT in your account menu. Open the chat list to continue an earlier chat, or click New to start a different topic.

SalesGPT is separate from Agent Penny, the full-page assistant under AI Agents (if your workspace has it). Use SalesGPT for quick questions and Penny for longer work.

Ask about your workspace#

Try questions such as:

  • “Which campaign has the best reply rate? Include how many people were contacted and how many replied.”
  • “How many prospects are in each pipeline stage?”
  • “Summarize the recent unread replies you can see. Which questions need an answer?”

SalesGPT uses your workspace's business and target customer details, campaign figures, prospect totals and a selection of recent unread replies you can access. It may not have every message or every campaign's details. If something is missing, share the relevant information in your question.

Campaign comparisons use all-time figures. Reply rate compares people who replied with people contacted; sending several messages to one person doesn't count as several people.

For a particular week, month or date range, open the campaign's Reports, apply the dates you need and share those figures with SalesGPT. Include the dates so its answer has the right context.

Write a message from a clear brief#

Tell SalesGPT who you're writing to, what you offer and what you'd like them to do. Include real details you want it to use.

For example, if this describes your service:

Write a short email to a local business owner offering a review of their website. Ask whether they'd like two practical suggestions. Keep it under 80 words, use a friendly tone and don't include results or customer claims I haven't provided.

Add the recipient's name, your business name and your preferred sign-off if you want them included. If you're writing a campaign template, ask for Prosyo's {{first_name}} and {{company_name}} fields where needed.

The draft should be ready to read as a message, with a subject when you ask for an email.

Refine it in the same chat#

Keep working in the original conversation so SalesGPT can use your brief and recent messages. You don't need to repeat the whole request each time.

  • “Make it shorter and keep the same offer.”
  • “Make the tone warmer without adding claims.”
  • “Give me one final follow-up. Keep it under 60 words and end politely.”

For a new audience or offer, choose New or explain what has changed. In a long conversation, repeat any important detail from an older draft if it has been missed.

Review and use the answer#

Check names, facts, links and tone before using a draft. Only include customer results, percentages or case studies you can support.

SalesGPT gives advice and prepares copy. You send messages and make campaign changes yourself in Inbox or Campaigns. Asking SalesGPT to send, launch or pause something won't perform that action.

Cost#

Each message you send to SalesGPT uses 1 AI credit, including requests to rewrite or shorten an answer. If a request fails, the credit is refunded automatically. See AI credits.

Using Claude or ChatGPT#

You can also connect Claude or connect ChatGPT to work with Prosyo from those apps. Follow their guides for setup and available actions.
