Say a prospect's name or company without recording the whole walkthrough again. Prosyo uses your accepted voice for the greeting and spoken moments you choose, while preserving the rest of your recording.
Record your voice#
- Open Video → Studio → Your voice.
- Choose the language you will read in and allow microphone access.
- Read the full script in a quiet room, for at least 45 seconds and under two minutes. Watch the microphone activity to check that Prosyo can hear you.
- Enter your name and confirm that this is your own voice.
- Choose Clone my voice and let Prosyo check the recording.
Use the same microphone and natural speaking style you plan to use for your videos. Move slightly farther from the microphone if your recording sounds distorted.
Listen before you use it#
A saved recording is the first step. Choose Make a sample, listen to the full sample, then choose Use this voice if it sounds right.
If the sample sounds unclear or unlike you, record again before making videos for prospects. If voice personalization is unavailable, your recording can stay saved while your workspace administrator enables it.
Choose what changes in a video#
During recording, use Personalize spoken words to mark a first name, company or another available field. Finish each field as soon as you finish saying its example value. Adjust the marked start and end in the editor if needed.
You can personalize a full phrase in the editor using prospect fields, or replace just the selected detail. Add a fallback such as “there” when a person has no first name.
Keep phrases short enough to sound natural in the space available. Prosyo changes only these marked moments and any separate opening greeting you choose. It does not rewrite the rest of your narration or change your mouth movements.
Choose a language and captions#
Select Language for personalized speech on the template. Write its greeting and spoken fields in that language, then test with a real prospect preview. The languages available depend on your workspace's voice setup.
The rest of your recording stays in the language you recorded. Captions are a separate option: review names, company names and specialist terms before sharing.
Use post or website details thoughtfully#
To use available post details or website visits in personalized speech, turn on Use details from their public posts or Mention their visits to your website on the template. For videos sent by a campaign, the campaign must allow them too: on its Sending & safety tab, under Intent and research, turn on Mention their public post or Allow mentioning what they looked at. Both start off.
Add a fallback for missing information. A person's name or company is often enough for a natural greeting; avoid mentioning browsing activity unless it belongs in the conversation.
Control who can use your voice#
Your voice starts as your own. Turn on Teammates can use my voice in their videos only if you want to share it with your workspace. You can change that choice or choose Delete my voice later. After deletion, new personalized speech needs a new setup; finished videos are kept.
Check a test video#
Choose Test video in the editor. Listen to the beginning, each marked phrase and the return to your original narration. Check that the correct website or shared screen appears too.
When videos are made in your browser, keep the Prosyo tab open and visible until the test is ready. Do not send a preview that still says the voice or required website is unavailable.
