Getting started

Create your account

Sign up for Prosyo with Google or a magic link, complete onboarding, define your ICP and see what the 7-day free trial includes.

On this page

1. Sign up#

  1. Go to https://app.prosyo.com.
  2. Choose Continue with Google, or enter your Work email and click Email me a sign-in link. Open the link we send you within 15 minutes.

There is no password to remember. Each time you sign in, use Google or a new sign-in link. If you're new, signing in creates your account.

Tip

Use your work email. Your teammates will invite this address when they add you to a team.

Note

Temporary (disposable) email addresses can't be used to sign up or sign in. Use a real inbox.

2. Complete onboarding#

A short setup wizard asks for the details Prosyo actually uses. Only your company name is required. If you can't answer a step yet, choose Skip on the goal step or Skip for now on the last step. On the first step, Skip the rest and create my workspace creates it straight away. Add the rest later in Settings → Workspace.

  1. Your company. Your company name, website, timezone and What do you sell? (one offer per line, in the words your buyers use, for example "Shopify store development"). The timezone is detected for you and becomes the default for campaign working hours.
  2. Your goal. What you want to achieve: Book sales meetings, Grow my network, Recruit talent, Promote my product or Something else. Prosyo tunes campaign defaults to your goal.
  3. Your ideal customer. Who you sell to, in plain language: job titles, industries, locations and company size. Then click Create my workspace.

Example ICP:

Heads of Sales and founders at B2B SaaS companies with 20 to 200 employees in the US, UK and UAE.

Prosyo's AI uses your ICP when it writes sequences and first lines. You can change it later in Settings → Workspace → Ideal customer.

Right after onboarding, Prosyo sets up Intent for you from what you entered:

  • what you sell becomes your What you sell profile straight away, so Intent can look for people asking for it, and AI then fills in the details from your website (refine it in Settings → Workspace → What you sell),
  • it turns your ICP sentence into ideal-customer rules (refine them in Settings → Workspace → Ideal customer),
  • it adds your website, so the tracking code is ready to install,
  • once LinkedIn is connected, it starts watching comments on your posts, connection requests, job changes and LinkedIn posts from people asking for what you sell.

It only fills in what is empty and never overwrites anything you set yourself. Changing your ICP or website later in Settings → Workspace fills in anything still missing the same way. See Intent.

When you finish, Prosyo creates your workspace and opens Settings → Accounts so you can connect LinkedIn. Everything you import, send or receive stays inside that workspace.

Note

If you signed up from a plan button on prosyo.com, the sign-in page reads Create your Prosyo account, and after onboarding you land on Settings → Billing with that plan already chosen.

3. Your 7-day trial#

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. Depending on how your account is set up, the trial starts when your workspace is created, or you start it yourself: Settings → Billing then shows Start your 7-day free trial with a Start free trial button. Until the trial starts, owners and admins see "Start your free trial to begin sending. Nothing is charged until it ends." with a Start free trial button at the top of every other page. Other teammates see a note asking an owner or admin to start it.

During the trial you get:

  • 25 AI credits for enrichment, AI writing and SalesGPT
  • 1 custom SMTP/IMAP mailbox (marked Included in trial), so you can try email steps
  • 1 LinkedIn account, once autopay is set up for the trial (see below)
  • Imports, campaigns, inbox, pipeline and integrations, with Starter's limits (for example one running campaign at a time)

Connect LinkedIn during the trial#

LinkedIn connects during the trial only once autopay is set up. Nothing is charged before the trial ends, and then it becomes paid Starter by itself.

  • If Settings → Billing asks you to Start free trial, autopay is set up as part of starting it. For some currencies the trial starts with no payment method ("No card needed. Choose a plan any time to connect LinkedIn"); to connect LinkedIn, choose a plan.
  • If the trial is already running and Billing shows Unlock LinkedIn during your trial, click Add autopay. When it's done, the card reads Autopay is set up for your trial.
  • Without autopay, the LinkedIn card on Settings → Accounts shows a Choose a plan button instead of Connect LinkedIn. It opens the plans on Billing.

To stop a trial with autopay, click Cancel trial on Billing. Your trial ends at once and autopay is cancelled, so nothing is charged.

When the trial ends#

With autopay, the trial turns into paid Starter. Without it, Billing shows "Your trial has ended — choose a plan below to keep sending." Your data stays in your workspace either way. See Plans and pricing.

Note

The paid Starter plan is LinkedIn-only. If you tried email steps during your trial and want to keep them, choose Multichannel or Agency / Team.

4. Follow the activation checklist#

Until you've finished it, your Dashboard shows a Launch your first campaign checklist. Complete it in this order:

  1. Connect a sending account: Connect LinkedIn, and optionally an email account
  2. Add or import prospects: Import your first list
  3. Build your first sequence: Create a campaign
  4. Launch the campaign: Launch, pause and resume
  5. Handle your first reply: Unified inbox
