Prospects and lists

Intent: website visitors

Install the Prosyo tracking script to see which companies visit your website, check ICP fit, and turn visitors into outreach lists.

On this page

Intent shows which companies visit your website so you can reach out while they're already interested. It lives in Prospects → Intent.

Set up tracking#

  1. Go to Prospects → Intent.
  2. Open the Website tracking script, enter your website domain, and copy the snippet.
  3. Paste it into the <head> of every page on your website, or add it through Google Tag Manager as a Custom HTML tag that fires on all pages.
    • WordPress: use a header-scripts plugin, or your theme's "Header code" setting.
    • Webflow: Project settings → Custom code → Head code.
    • Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </head>.
  4. Publish your site.
  5. Visit your own site and wait a few minutes. Visits start appearing in Intent.

What you see#

  • Companies that Prosyo could identify, with visit counts, pages viewed and recency.
  • ICP fit compared with the ICP in your workspace settings.

Prosyo never guesses. Visits from home internet providers, mobile networks, VPNs and cloud hosts usually can't be matched to a company, so they stay unresolved.

Turn visitors into outreach#

  1. Open a company that fits your ICP.
  2. Review the suggested people, such as decision makers with matching titles.
  3. Add them to a list.
  4. Enroll the list in a campaign.

Tip

Mention what they care about, not that they visited. "Saw you're looking at outbound tools" feels creepy. "Teams your size usually struggle with X" works.

Upgrade

Getting more visitors than your plan covers? Multichannel tracks 100 identified visitors per month, and Agency / Team scales with seats. See plans.

Privacy#

Intent identifies companies, not individual visitors. Update your website's privacy policy and cookie notice to mention visitor analytics, as your local laws require.
