- Quick start: your first campaign in 15 minutes

This page walks you through the whole flow once. Each step links to a detailed guide if you need more.
Before you start: have a LinkedIn account you use regularly, and either a CSV of prospects or a LinkedIn / Sales Navigator search URL.
Step 1. Connect LinkedIn (2 minutes)#
- Open Settings → Accounts.
- Click Connect LinkedIn.
- Sign in to LinkedIn in the secure window and approve any check LinkedIn asks for (code, app approval).
- Wait until the account shows Healthy.

Step 2. Connect email (optional, 3 minutes)#
To add email steps, connect one of these in Settings → Accounts:
- Custom SMTP/IMAP mailbox. Works with any mail provider. Included on the trial, Multichannel and Agency / Team.
- Gmail / Google Workspace or Outlook / Microsoft 365. One-click sign-in on Multichannel and Agency / Team.

Step 3. Import prospects (3 minutes)#
- Go to Prospects → Import.
- Choose a list, or create one, for example "UK SaaS founders – Sept".
- Pick a source:
- CSV / Excel. Upload the file and map its columns.
- LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator. Paste the search URL.
- Post comments. Paste a LinkedIn post URL.
- Chrome (LinkedIn). Capture people while you browse LinkedIn.
- Click Import and wait for the summary: inserted, updated, skipped, failed.

Step 4. Create the campaign (4 minutes)#
Go to Campaigns → New campaign.
Name it and pick Use a template → LinkedIn connect & follow up, then click Create & open builder. (Or choose Generate with AI and describe your campaign in one sentence. See one-click campaigns and AI.)
On the Sequence tab, edit each step. For example:

Step 5. Add the audience (1 minute)#
On the Audience tab, click Add prospects, pick the list from Step 3 and confirm. Prosyo shows how many people were added and why any were skipped.

Step 6. Set sending limits (1 minute)#
On the Sending & safety tab:
- Choose the LinkedIn account (and the email account if you use email steps).
- Pick a preset. Use Cautious for a new or quiet LinkedIn account, and Recommended otherwise.
- Check Working hours: timezone, start and end time, and days.
- Leave Turn off remaining steps when they reply on.
- Optionally turn on Cancel an invitation if not accepted, for example after 14 days.

Step 7. Launch (1 minute)#
Click Review & launch. The launch review checks your accounts, content, audience and plan. Fix anything it flags, then confirm.
Your campaign status changes to Running. Prosyo spreads actions across your working hours, so you can close the tab.

Step 8. Handle replies#
When someone replies:
- The rest of their sequence stops.
- The conversation appears in Inbox.
- The notification bell lights up.
Reply from Inbox and move the prospect to Interested or Meeting when the conversation is real pipeline.
