The Audience tab controls who a campaign contacts. People join a campaign from a list.
Add prospects#
- Open the campaign and go to the Audience tab.
- Click Add prospects.
- Choose a Prospect list.
- Confirm.
Prosyo shows how many people were enrolled and how many were skipped.
No lists yet? In Prospects, select people and click Add to list, or choose a list during CSV import.
Who gets skipped, and why#
| Reason | Why |
|---|---|
| Already enrolled | Each person is contacted at most once per campaign |
| Do not contact | The prospect is set to Do not contact |
| No LinkedIn profile | LinkedIn-only sequences need a LinkedIn profile |
| Already replied or in another conversation | Protects people who are already talking to you |
Skipped people are listed with a reason. Prosyo never invents missing data to force someone in.
Add more people to a running campaign#
You can add prospects while a campaign runs. New people start from step 1 and are spread across your working hours. They aren't sent to all at once.
When someone replies#
With Turn off remaining steps when they reply on (the default), a reply on LinkedIn or email stops that person's remaining steps. Everyone else keeps going. See Sending limits and safety.
Audience size tips#
- For a first campaign, 50 to 200 people is plenty to learn what works.
- One LinkedIn account sends about 20 invites a day, so 200 people take about two weeks to reach.
- Want to reach more people faster? Add another LinkedIn sender and split the list across two campaigns.
