| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ABM | Account-based marketing. Targeting specific companies and the people in them. |
| Active campaign | A campaign that's running. Drafts, paused and archived campaigns don't count. |
| Agent | A helper you set up in AI Agents → Agents to research, qualify or write on a schedule, when something happens, or when you hand it a job in chat. Comes with Penny Agents, Penny SDR and Penny SDR All-in. See Agents. |
| Agent Penny | Prosyo's AI assistant for longer work, such as finding people, editing campaigns and running tasks on a schedule. Anything that changes data waits for your approval on a card. Opens from AI Agents. See Agent Penny. |
| AI Agents | The left-menu item that opens Agent Penny, if your workspace has it. Penny's own sidebar inside it is headed Agent Penny. |
| AI credit | The unit that pays for AI work. Most AI actions cost 1 credit; enrichment, personalized lines, Intent research and Intent unlocks cost more. Plan credits reset each billing cycle and are used first; credits you buy never expire. See AI credits. |
| Approval card | A card from Penny or an agent that shows what will happen before it does. Nothing happens until you click its button. |
| Audience | The prospects enrolled in a campaign |
| Automatic delivery | How your plan's included Intent people reach you: best ideal-customer matches first, a share each day. |
| Blueprint / one-click campaign | A ready-made sequence that creates a draft campaign in one click |
| Campaign activity | Replies, email clicks, link visits and accepted invitations caused by your own outreach. Shown on the prospect and in the campaign, never counted as Intent |
| Client workspace | A workspace an agency adds for a client in Settings → Clients. It runs on the agency's plan and shares its allowance. See Client workspaces. |
| Custom field | Your own prospect field, usable as {{custom.key}} |
| Do not contact | A suppressed person: every future send to them stops, in every campaign. Use Suppress on the Prospects page, or DNC on a conversation in Inbox. |
| Enrichment | Filling prospect data and research from real sources |
| Enrollment | One prospect moving through one campaign |
| Extra LinkedIn/email seat | An add-on for one more LinkedIn, Gmail or Outlook sending account, with no extra login |
| Extra SMTP/IMAP seat | An add-on for one more mailbox on your own mail server |
| Fit score | How closely someone matches your ideal customer (0–100), with the reasons |
| First-touch line | A one-sentence personal opener, used as {{personalized_message}} |
| High-intent ICP | Someone you can reach who fits your ideal customer well and either asked for what you sell, reached out to you, or has a strong intent score |
| ICP | Ideal customer profile: the companies and roles you want to reach |
| Inbox | LinkedIn and email replies in one place |
| Intent | People who fit your ideal customer and show, on their own, that they need what you sell. Activity caused by your own outreach is campaign activity, not Intent |
| Intent score | How actively someone is looking right now (0–100). Recent, strong signals count most. |
| Intent-led campaign | A campaign that fills itself with people who show the buying signals you chose and fit your ideal customer. |
| Knowledge | Files, websites and notes Penny and your agents use for your facts. See Knowledge. |
| List | A named group of prospects you enroll in campaigns |
| Main account | The first sending account on a campaign channel when it sends from several. Previews and reports use it. |
| Penny Agents | A Penny add-on for a paid plan: agents, Knowledge, more connected apps and more AI credits |
| Penny SDR | Penny running your outreach day: finding people who fit, preparing messages, sending within your limits and the approvals you choose, and reporting back every Monday. Comes with the Penny SDR add-on and the Penny SDR All-in plan. See Set up Penny SDR. |
| Penny's computer | Penny's own browser and quick terminal (and, if your workspace has it, a full desktop) that you can watch and take over. Each person has their own. Comes with Penny SDR (200 minutes a month) and Penny SDR All-in (600). See Penny's computer. |
| Playbook | A saved routine that researches the right people and adds them to a campaign, with your approval or on Autopilot |
| Prospect | A person you may contact |
| SalesGPT | Prosyo's assistant in the bar at the top of every page, for workspace questions and message drafts (Ctrl+K / ⌘K). Separate from Agent Penny. |
| Seat (Agency / Team) | One teammate login + 1 LinkedIn + 1 mailbox (SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook) |
| Sending account | A LinkedIn account or mailbox a campaign sends from. A campaign can use up to 10 per channel, and each prospect stays with one. |
| Sequence | The ordered steps of a campaign |
| Signal family | What a buying signal says about someone: Asking, Evaluating you, Exploring the category, Moment of need or Coming back |
| Skill | A sales playbook Penny and your agents can follow, from AI Agents → Skills: 8 built-in Prosyo skills, 77 GTM Skills, and your own |

| Tag | A label you add to prospects for filtering |
| Today | The first Intent tab: people worth reaching now, Asking first, each with their words and a drafted first message |
| Webhook | A signed HTTPS POST that Prosyo sends when an event happens |
| What you sell | The offers, buyer words, moments, searches and message rules Intent uses to recognise buyers, drafted from your website |
| Workspace / Team | Your isolated Prosyo account: data, members and billing |
