| Term | Meaning |

| ABM | Account-based marketing. Targeting specific companies and the people in them. |
| Active campaign | A campaign that's running. Drafts, paused and archived campaigns don't count. |
| AI credit | The unit that pays for AI actions. 1 credit per action. |
| Audience | The prospects enrolled in a campaign |
| Blueprint / one-click campaign | A ready-made sequence that creates a draft campaign in one click |
| Custom field | Your own prospect field, usable as {{custom.key}} |
| Do not contact | A stage that stops every future send to that person |
| Enrichment | Filling prospect data and research from real sources |
| Enrollment | One prospect moving through one campaign |
| Extra LinkedIn/email seat | An add-on for one more LinkedIn or Gmail/Outlook sending account |
| Extra SMTP/IMAP seat | An add-on for one more custom mailbox |
| First-touch line | A one-sentence personal opener, used as {{personalized_message}} |
| ICP | Ideal customer profile: the companies and roles you want to reach |

| Intent | Companies identified visiting your website |
| List | A named group of prospects you enroll in campaigns |

| Sequence | The ordered steps of a campaign |

| Stage | Where a prospect is in your pipeline: New, Contacted, Replied, Interested, Meeting, Customer |
| Stop on reply | Stops a prospect's remaining steps when they reply |
| Tag | A label you add to prospects for filtering |
| Webhook | A signed HTTPS POST that Prosyo sends when an event happens |
