Ready-to-use prompts for every AI feature in Prosyo: workspace AI instructions, sequence generation, personalized lines, step rewrites, SalesGPT, and Claude or ChatGPT. Copy, fill in the brackets, and go.
1. Workspace AI instructions#
Paste into Settings → Workspace → Outreach / AI instructions. Every AI draft follows these rules.
Template
We sell: [product, one line].
Customers: [ICP, one line].
Proof: [a result, a customer count or a well-known customer].
Tone: [e.g., friendly, direct, peer-to-peer]. Short sentences.
Never: [phrases to avoid, e.g., "I hope this finds you well", emojis, hype words].
LinkedIn invites: under 200 characters, no pitch.
LinkedIn messages: under 60 words, end with a question.
Emails: under 120 words, plain text, one call to action.
Always use the prospect's company or role when it's available.Example: agency

Customers: founders and marketing heads at $2M–$20M revenue brands.
Proof: average 38% lower CAC in 90 days across 40+ brands.
Tone: confident, casual, no jargon.

Book 20-minute demos with VPs of Sales at 50–500 person fintechs in the US. Their pain: SDRs spend half their day researching. We automate research and first lines. LinkedIn then email, 5 steps over 3 weeks. Direct and friendly. CTA: a short demo.
Invite heads of HR at 200+ person companies in the UK to our webinar on retention. LinkedIn only: visit, connect, invite message, one reminder. Warm and helpful. CTA: register.
Re-engage past trial users who didn't convert. Email first, then LinkedIn. Mention we've shipped [feature]. 3 steps, very short, give an easy out.
3. Personalized first lines#
Use in Prospects → Enrich with AI → Write personalized line → extra prompt. The result goes into {{personalized_message}}.

4. Improve a step#
Paste your draft into a step and click Improve with AI. Before you click, add a one-line note at the top of the step telling AI what to change. Delete the note after rewriting.
- Make this shorter and end with a question.
- Remove the pitch. Lead with a question about their team.
- Rewrite for a founder audience. Less formal.
- Add one line of social proof about [customer/result].
5. AI post comments#
For Comment on recent post steps with Generate by AI, add guidance in the step body:
Add a thoughtful, specific reaction to their post in 1–2 sentences.
Agree or add one insight from [our field]. No selling, no links, no emojis.6. SalesGPT questions#
Press Ctrl+K / ⌘K. See SalesGPT.
- Which campaign had the best reply rate in the last 14 days?
- List prospects who replied positively but are still in Replied.
- What are the top 3 objections in replies this month?
- Which job titles accept invites most often?
- Summarize every reply from the Hiring-signal campaign this week.
7. Claude and ChatGPT prompts#
Once Claude or ChatGPT is connected:
- Give me a Monday briefing: running campaigns, replies since Friday, and anything that needs attention.
- Create a 4-step LinkedIn sequence for CTOs at seed-stage startups in Germany, then preview it with a real prospect.
- Find everyone who asked about pricing this week and draft a reply to each with my calendar link. Don't send.
- Pause any campaign with a reply rate under 2%.
- Enroll my "Webinar – attended" list in the attendee follow-up campaign. (You'll be asked to confirm.)

Prompt tips#
- Be specific about the audience, the pain and the outcome.
- Give constraints: word count, tone, and what to avoid.
- Show an example of a message you like.
- Always review AI output before launch, and preview with a real prospect.
