Add-ons and upgrades

As your outreach grows, you can add capacity without changing everything. Here's what's available and when it makes sense.

At a glance#

Extra LinkedIn/email seat#

Each extra seat adds one more LinkedIn account or one more Gmail/Outlook account to your workspace.

Good for:

• Sending from a co-founder's LinkedIn as well as yours
• Adding a second Gmail/Outlook mailbox to spread email volume
• Running campaigns in two regions from two LinkedIn accounts

An extra seat adds a sending connection, not a teammate login. For another person with their own login, use Agency / Team seats.

How to add:

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Under Add more senders, find Extra LinkedIn or Gmail / Outlook seat and set the number of Seats.
3. Click Subscribe (or Buy, or Update extra seats if you already have some) and complete checkout.
4. Connect the new account in Settings → Accounts.

Extra seats can be bought on an active Multichannel, Agency / Team or AppSumo plan. They aren't available on Starter, Enterprise or Penny SDR All-in. Only owners and admins can buy them.

Extra SMTP/IMAP seat#

Each extra seat adds one more custom mailbox on your own mail server. Buy it the same way, under Add more senders → Extra SMTP/IMAP mailbox.

Good for:

• Spreading email volume across several mailboxes or domains to protect deliverability
• Agencies sending from a client's own domain

At $2 per mailbox, this is the cheapest way to scale email. Warm up each new mailbox before sending volume.

AI credit packs#

Buy in Settings → Billing → Credits. Packs are for paid plans, and only owners and admins can buy them. Credits you buy never expire, and your plan's own credits are used first. See AI credits.

More Agency / Team seats#

Each Agency / Team seat is one teammate login + one LinkedIn + one mailbox. Choose SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook for that mailbox. Campaigns, new people, AI credits, Intent people and storage also scale with each seat.

Change the seat count on the Agency / Team card in Settings → Billing and click Update seats. See Team seats and invites.

When to upgrade#

Starter → Multichannel#

Upgrade when:

• you want email follow-ups after LinkedIn (Starter is LinkedIn-only after the trial),
• you've hit 1 active campaign and want to test more,
• you need more than 1,000 new people or 100 AI credits a month.

You get: 1 email seat for an SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook mailbox, 3 active campaigns, 5,000 new people, 250 AI credits and 100 Intent people a month, 5,000 MB of storage, personalized video, and access to extra seats.

Multichannel → Agency / Team#

Upgrade when:

• a second person needs their own login and LinkedIn account,
• you run outreach for several clients and want a separate client workspace for each,
• you need more campaigns, new people or credits than Multichannel includes.

Penny add-ons#

Choose Penny Agents for your own research, qualification and writing agents, or Penny SDR for a daily outreach workflow. Both add to a paid plan and use that plan's sending accounts. They do not add extra mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts or teammate logins.

• Penny Agents works with any paid plan, monthly or yearly.
• Penny SDR needs a plan with email (Multichannel, Agency / Team, Enterprise or an AppSumo lifetime deal), because it writes email. It's billed monthly and includes minutes on Penny's computer.
• A workspace has one Penny plan at a time. Switching between Penny Agents and Penny SDR replaces the old one.
• Add-ons need a plan that's paid up. If your plan's payment is overdue, the Penny plans show "Paused until your plan is paid up. Your Penny settings are kept."

Penny SDR All-in is a separate primary plan with one LinkedIn account and one mailbox, and it can start straight from your trial. See AI Agents → Plans for the current options, prices and allowances. While founding places last, the Agent Penny section shows Founding price — locked for 12 months. Once you've started a plan at that price, it shows Founding price locked until a date instead. If Penny plans aren't open to your workspace yet, the cards show Join the waitlist instead. AI usage is paid from your workspace's credits.
