Extra LinkedIn/email seat#
Each extra seat adds one more LinkedIn account or one more Gmail/Outlook account to your workspace.
Good for:
- Sending from a co-founder's LinkedIn as well as yours
- Adding a second Gmail/Outlook mailbox to spread email volume
- Running campaigns in two regions from two LinkedIn accounts
An extra seat adds a sending connection, not a teammate login. For another person with their own login, use Agency / Team seats.
How to add:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Under extra seats, choose LinkedIn/email seats and a quantity.
- Complete checkout.
- Connect the new account in Settings → Accounts.
Extra SMTP/IMAP seat#
Each extra seat adds one more custom mailbox on your own mail server.
Good for:
- Spreading email volume across several mailboxes or domains to protect deliverability
- Agencies sending from a client's own domain
At $2 per mailbox, this is the cheapest way to scale email. Warm up each new mailbox before sending volume.

More Agency / Team seats#
Each Agency / Team seat is one teammate login + one LinkedIn + one Gmail/Outlook. Campaigns, imports, AI credits and intent visitors also scale with each seat.
Add or remove seats in Settings → Billing. See Team seats and invites.
When to upgrade#
Starter → Multichannel#
Upgrade when:
- you want email follow-ups after LinkedIn (Starter is LinkedIn-only after the trial),
- you've hit 1 active campaign and want to test more,
- you need more than 1,000 imports or 100 AI credits a month.
You get: 1 Gmail/Outlook + 1 SMTP/IMAP mailbox, 3 active campaigns, 5,000 imports, 250 AI credits, 100 intent visitors, and access to extra seats.
Multichannel → Agency / Team#
Upgrade when:
- a second person needs their own login and LinkedIn account,
- you run outreach for several clients and need separate senders,
- you need more campaigns, imports or credits than Multichannel includes.
