The bell in the top bar, to the left of your name, is where Prosyo tells you what needs attention.
Notification types#
| Notification | Clicking it takes you to |

| New reply | Inbox, on that conversation |
| Invoice due | Settings → Billing |
| Payment failed | Settings → Billing |
| Plan ending / ended | Settings → Billing |
| Account needs reconnecting | Settings → Accounts |
Manage notifications#
- Click a row to go to the right page.
- X dismisses one notification.
- Mark all as read clears the unread badge.
Notifications are personal. Dismissing yours doesn't hide a teammate's.
