Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7 days, with 1 LinkedIn account, 1 SMTP/IMAP mailbox and 25 AI credits.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Choose a plan in Settings → Billing when you're ready.

Can I start with LinkedIn only and add email later?

Yes. Start on Starter and upgrade to Multichannel whenever you want email.

Do I need to keep Prosyo open for campaigns to run?

No. Campaigns run in the cloud inside your working hours.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?

Prosyo paces actions like a person would: daily limits, random gaps between actions, working hours and automatic withdrawal of old invites. Start with the Cautious preset on a new account. No automation is risk-free, so follow Responsible outreach.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. It helps with targeting and imports, but isn't required.

Can I connect several LinkedIn accounts?

Yes, with Agency / Team seats or extra LinkedIn/email seats.

How many connection requests can I send per day?

We recommend 10 a day on a new account and up to 20 on an established one. Prosyo's presets are 10, 20 and 25. See LinkedIn limits explained.

Does Prosyo work with a free LinkedIn account?

Yes. Sales Navigator adds better search and targeting, but campaigns work on free and Premium accounts too.

What happens to pending invites nobody accepts?

Turn on Cancel an invitation if not accepted and Prosyo withdraws them after the number of days you choose (1 to 30).

Can I like and comment on posts automatically?

Yes. Add Like recent post or Comment on recent post steps. Comments can be written by AI at send time.

Does the Chrome extension send messages?

No. It only saves people to Prosyo. Sending happens from campaigns.

Which email providers work?

Any provider with SMTP/IMAP, plus one-click Gmail/Google Workspace and Outlook/Microsoft 365.

My company's Outlook says "Need admin approval." What now?

Your IT admin needs to approve the app once. See Outlook / Microsoft 365.

How many cold emails can I send per mailbox?

Stay under about 50 a day per mailbox after warm-up. Add more mailboxes to scale. See the deliverability guide.

Do replies to my emails show up in Prosyo?

Yes. SMTP/IMAP mailboxes sync replies over IMAP, and Gmail/Outlook sync automatically. Replies appear in Inbox and stop the sequence.

Does Prosyo find email addresses?

Enrichment fills an email only when a real source returns one. Prosyo never guesses.

Who can see my prospects?

Only people in your workspace. Workspaces are fully separate.

Does Prosyo invent data?

No. Missing fields stay empty. Use fallbacks in your messages.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Use Prospects → Export at any time, even after your plan ends.

What does an AI credit buy?

One AI action: an enrichment, a personalized line, an AI-written step, a generated sequence, an Inbox draft or summary, or a SalesGPT message.

Can AI write my whole sequence?

Yes. Choose Generate with AI and describe your campaign in a sentence or two. See One-click campaigns and AI.

Can I use Prosyo from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, on every plan. See Claude and ChatGPT.

Does Prosyo work with Zapier, n8n or Make?

Yes, through signed webhooks for events out, and the API for adding leads in. See Zapier and n8n.

Can a form submission start a campaign automatically?

Yes. Use a custom trigger: your form sends a webhook to n8n, Zapier, Make or a small function, which adds the lead and enrolls them in a campaign through the API.

Is there a public API?

Yes. Generate a token in Integrations → Chrome extension & API. See the API reference.

Is there a HubSpot integration?

Yes. Prospects sync to HubSpot contacts with your field map. See HubSpot.

Salesforce or Pipedrive?

Use a webhook with Zapier, Make or n8n today.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Which currencies do you accept?

INR, USD and EUR.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes, 24%.

How long does a campaign take to reach everyone?

It depends on your daily limits. At 20 invites a day, 200 people take about two working weeks.

Can I add people to a campaign that's already running?

Yes. New people start at step 1 and are spread across your working hours.

Will someone get messages from two campaigns at once?

A person is only contacted once per campaign. They can be in several campaigns, so keep lists separate or use Do not contact for people you want to protect.

What's the best first campaign?
