Connect Prosyo to ChatGPT and run your outreach from a chat: check campaigns, create draft sequences, review your inbox and send replies. Anything that sends always waits for your yes in the chat.
Available on all plans.
What you need#
- A Prosyo account with access to the workspace you want to connect
- A ChatGPT plan that supports apps / connectors. Business and Enterprise workspaces may need an admin to allow it first.
- The Prosyo connection address, if Prosyo isn't in the ChatGPT app directory yet:

Option A: Add Prosyo from the ChatGPT app directory#
- In ChatGPT, open Apps (or Settings → Apps & Connectors).
- Search for Prosyo and click Connect.
- A Prosyo window opens. Sign in, choose the workspace, and click Allow.
- You're sent back to ChatGPT. Prosyo is connected.
Option B: Add Prosyo with the connection address#
Use this if Prosyo isn't listed in the directory yet.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors.
- Open Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode, if your plan requires it for custom apps.
- Click Create (or Add custom connector / app).
- Enter:

- Confirm and click Create.
- When asked, sign in to Prosyo, choose the workspace, and click Allow.
In Prosyo, Integrations → ChatGPT now shows Connected.
ChatGPT's menus change often. If you can't find these options, search ChatGPT's help for "connect an app" or "custom connector".
ChatGPT Business and Enterprise#
A workspace admin may need to allow Prosyo, or custom apps, in the workspace settings before members can connect. Each member then signs in with their own Prosyo account.
Use it in a chat#
Start a new chat, choose Prosyo from the tools / apps menu (or type @Prosyo), then ask. For example:
- "Show my running campaigns."
- "Create a LinkedIn connect sequence for APAC CMOs."
- "Which prospects replied this week?"
- "Draft a reply to the last unread thread."

Safety: nothing sends without your yes#

ChatGPT can't connect LinkedIn or email accounts, change billing or buy credits.
Disconnect#
- In Prosyo: Integrations → ChatGPT → Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
- In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Prosyo → Disconnect.
Troubleshooting#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT shows an error after Allow | Disconnect in Prosyo, then connect again from ChatGPT. |
| Prosyo says not connected | The connection is marked connected only after ChatGPT finishes sign-in. Try again. |
| Can't create a custom app | Your ChatGPT plan or workspace admin doesn't allow custom apps. Use Option A, or ask your admin. |
| Wrong workspace | Disconnect and reconnect, and pick the right workspace on the Allow screen. |
