Responsible outreach

Guidelines for safe, respectful and compliant LinkedIn and email outreach: account health, deliverability, consent, GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

On this page

Good outreach is relevant, personal and paced like a human. It books more meetings and keeps your accounts healthy.

LinkedIn#

  • Stay under 20–25 invites a day per account, and use Cautious for the first week.
  • Withdraw old invites with Cancel an invitation if not accepted (7–14 days).
  • Target tightly. Low acceptance is the biggest risk signal.
  • Don't run two automation tools on the same LinkedIn account.
  • Keep your profile complete with a real photo and a clear headline.
  • Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement. You're responsible for how you use your account.

Email#

  • Authenticate your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Warm up new mailboxes. Start near 25 emails a day and raise slowly.
  • Use a secondary domain for cold outreach where you can.
  • Honor opt-outs straight away. Mark the prospect Do not contact.
  • Follow your local laws, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CASL. Include your identity and a way to opt out where required.

Data#

  • Import only data you're allowed to use.
  • Delete people who ask to be removed.
  • Use Intent for companies, not to track individuals.

What Prosyo will never do#

  • Message people on WhatsApp or Instagram
  • Invent emails, companies or personal details
  • Send outside the working hours and daily limits you set
  • Mix one workspace's prospects, inbox or billing with another's
  • Send from Claude, ChatGPT or SalesGPT without your confirmation
