Your first 30 days with Prosyo

A day-by-day plan to go from sign-up to a repeatable outreach engine. Follow it, and by day 30 you'll know which audience, message and channel book meetings for you.
Week 1: Set up and launch safely#
Week 2: Reply fast, learn fast#
Check Inbox twice a day. Reply to positive responses within an hour.
Move real conversations to Interested or Meeting .
Save your best replies as templates. See Reply templates .
Connect Slack so replies reach you anywhere. See Slack .
End of week: open Reports and write down acceptance and reply rates.
Week 3: Test one thing#
Switch to Recommended limits if acceptance is healthy.
Duplicate the campaign with Copy a campaign and change one thing: the invite note, the first message, or the audience. See A/B testing .
Launch a second ICP slice or a warm list, for example post engagers .
Week 4: Scale what works#
Keep the winning version and archive the loser.
Add email follow-up if you haven't. See the Multichannel playbook .
Connect HubSpot or a webhook so meetings flow to your CRM.
Set up a custom trigger so form leads get a LinkedIn touch automatically.
