Manage billing and cancel

Start, change or cancel your Prosyo subscription, download invoices as PDF, add your company name and tax ID, and handle failed payments.

On this page

Everything billing-related is in Settings → Billing. The workspace owner and anyone with the Admin role can change it; other people can view the plan. Receipts and billing emails always go to the owner. Billing notices in the app go to owners and admins.

Start a plan#

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly (save 24%), and your currency: USD, EUR or INR. Browsers set to Indian time open in INR.
  3. Pick a plan. For Agency / Team, choose the number of seats (minimum 2).
  4. Click Get and the plan name (for example Get Multichannel), then complete checkout.

Your plan is active as soon as payment succeeds.

Depending on your currency, plans may be prepaid. Billing then says "Plans are prepaid and don't renew by themselves. We remind you before yours ends." Your plan shows Prepaid until a date, and Renew for a month or Renew for a year adds another period after the current one.

The plan card in the sidebar#

The card at the bottom of the left menu shows your plan, its status and your credit balance:

StatusWhat it means
TrialYour free trial is running. The card shows the days left and an Upgrade button. Before the trial starts it says "Your free trial hasn't started yet", with Start free trial.
ActiveYour plan is paid up. Manage plan opens Settings → Billing.
Payment dueA renewal payment hasn't gone through yet.
EndedYour trial or plan has ended. Click Upgrade (after a trial) or Renew plan (after a paid plan) to choose a plan.
PausedShown in a client workspace when the agency's plan isn't active.

Change your plan#

  • Upgrade: click Switch to and the plan name in Settings → Billing.
  • Add or remove Agency / Team seats: change the seat count on the Agency / Team card and click Update seats.
  • Add extra seats: on Multichannel or Agency / Team, add LinkedIn/email or SMTP/IMAP seats under Add more senders. See Add-ons.

Cancel#

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Then the plan ends, as described below. Your data stays: you can still sign in, open Settings, export prospects and choose a plan again.

During a free trial with autopay, the trial card in Settings → Billing has Cancel trial. It ends the trial straight away and cancels autopay, so nothing is charged.

When payment fails or a plan ends#

A plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. A plan that renews by autopay (and a trial with autopay) gets one extra day for the renewal charge. If a payment fails, the owner gets an email and the sidebar card shows Payment due. Check that the payment can go through, or choose the plan again in Settings → Billing.

If the renewal still isn't paid, the plan ends and its autopay is cancelled, so nothing more is charged. Owners and admins get a Your plan has ended notice. An add-on whose renewal isn't paid ends on its own, with a notice named after it, for example Penny Agents has ended. Add it again from billing whenever you need it.

When a plan ends (an unpaid renewal, a cancellation reaching its end date, a cancelled trial or a revoked autopay):

  • running campaigns pause, even mid-sequence,
  • Intent playbooks, LinkedIn watching and Penny SDR pause,
  • LinkedIn and Gmail/Outlook accounts are disconnected,
  • unused plan credits expire,
  • SMTP/IMAP mailboxes stay connected, but nothing sends,
  • your people, campaigns, conversations and bought credits are kept.

Owners and admins get an Outreach is paused notice: "Renew in billing, then reconnect your accounts and resume your campaigns." If you have a Penny add-on, the Penny plans say "Paused until your plan is paid up. Your Penny settings are kept."

To start again:

  1. Choose a plan in Settings → Billing.
  2. Reconnect your LinkedIn and Gmail/Outlook accounts in Settings → Accounts.
  3. Resume your campaigns.

Invoices and receipts#

Settings → Billing has four tabs: Plan, Credits, Invoices and Transactions.

Download an invoice#

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice by number or date. Every payment is listed — new plans, renewals, extra seats and credit packs — in the currency it was charged in.
  3. Click PDF to download it.
ColumnWhat it shows
InvoiceThe invoice number, and what it was for: Plan, Extra seats or Credits
DateThe date the invoice was issued
DescriptionThe plan or pack, and the period it covers for a subscription
TaxTax charged, with its name (for example GST). A dash means no tax applied.
TotalWhat you were charged, in the currency of the payment

Invoices are listed 20 to a page, newest first.

Put your company on the invoice#

Below the list, Your billing details is what gets printed as the customer:

FieldNotes
Legal company nameLeave blank to use your workspace name
Tax IDOptional — your GSTIN, VAT number or equivalent
Mobile numberUsed at card / UPI checkout. It isn't printed on the invoice.
Billing addressLeave blank to use your workspace name and the owner's email

Click Save billing details. Only the owner or an admin can change them.

Important

Invoices are frozen when they're issued, so new details appear on your next invoice, not on past ones. Fill this in before your first payment if you need your company name or tax ID on it.

Receipt emails#

The workspace owner gets an email for every successful payment — a plan, a renewal, extra seats or a credit pack — with the PDF invoice attached. The subject is Your Prosyo invoice followed by the invoice number.

Prosyo also emails the owner when:

  • your trial is about to end,
  • a payment fails,
  • a plan is activated.
Tip

Mark the first Prosyo receipt as "not spam" and add the sender to your contacts, so later ones reach you. You can also download any invoice from Settings → Billing → Invoices at any time.

Transactions#

Settings → Billing → Transactions shows every charge, attempt and billing event on the workspace — including the ones that never produced an invoice. Use it when a payment doesn't look right.

StatusMeaning
PaidThe money was taken and the plan or credits applied
PendingStarted at the payment provider and not confirmed yet
FailedThe provider declined it. Nothing was charged.
CancelledYou closed the checkout, or it expired
RefundedThe payment was returned

Each row shows the date, what it was for, the provider's reference and the amount. Quote the reference if you contact support about a payment.

Delete your Prosyo account#

There's no delete button in Settings. To delete your own Prosyo account:

  1. Open https://app.prosyo.com/delete-account (Delete your Prosyo account). If you aren't signed in, click Sign in to delete your account first.
  2. Add a reason if you like, type DELETE and click Delete my account.

Or email support from the address you sign in with.

You're signed out on every device straight away, and your Penny's computers are erased. Within 30 days Prosyo deletes your account, profile, sign-in methods and the data in workspaces only you belong to, and emails you when it's done. If you own a workspace with other members, Prosyo contacts you first so it can be handed to someone else or closed. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period the law requires.
