AI credits pay for Prosyo's AI work. Every AI action costs 1 credit.
What uses credits#

Free: automatic reply labels in Inbox, sending, imports and Claude/ChatGPT connector requests.
Refunds: if an AI action fails, the credit is refunded automatically.

Monthly credits are added each billing period while your plan is active.
Check your balance#
Go to Settings → Credits to see your balance and a history of every credit used, granted and refunded.
Buy a credit pack#
Need more? Buy a one-time pack on a paid plan:

Credits cost $0.20 each (or the equivalent in INR or EUR). Pack credits don't expire at the end of the month.
- Go to Settings → Credits.
- Pick a pack and currency.
- Complete checkout. Credits are added as soon as payment succeeds.
Upgrade
Buying packs every month? Upgrading from Starter to Multichannel gives 150 more credits every month, plus email. Compare plans.
Make credits go further#
- Enrich only the list you're about to contact.
- Write sequence copy once with AI, then save it as a template.
- Use Inbox filters (free) before you ask for AI summaries.
