Create diagrams with Penny

Map a sales funnel, follow-up process or team handoff with Penny. Refine your diagram in chat and download a sharp SVG for documents and presentations.

Make your sales process easier to explain. Ask Penny for a funnel, flowchart, timeline or handoff diagram, then reuse it in your next team meeting or sales playbook.

Create your first diagram#

  1. Click AI Agents in the left menu and start a chat with New chat.
  2. Describe the process and the people who will use it.
  3. Ask for a diagram. Include the stages and any decisions you want shown.
  4. Review the result and ask Penny to adjust it in the same chat.

Try this:

Draw a simple outbound sales funnel for a small SaaS team: identify our ideal customer, find prospects, research, connect on LinkedIn, follow up by email, handle replies and book a meeting. Show where we stop after a reply.

Prompts you can copy#

What you needAsk Penny
A team handoff“Draw the handoff from an SDR to an account executive, including qualification, meeting booking and follow-up ownership.”
A follow-up process“Create a flowchart for handling Interested, Not now and Not interested replies. Include when to stop outreach.”
A campaign plan“Map this proposed LinkedIn and email sequence as a diagram. Label the delays and decision points.”
A simpler explanation“Simplify this diagram to five stages and use labels a new teammate will understand.”

For a diagram of a real campaign, name the campaign and ask Penny to check it first. A diagram based on your proposed process is a plan, not a report of what has happened.

Download and reuse it#

Choose Download SVG below the diagram. SVG stays sharp when resized and can be used in compatible document, design and presentation tools. Open Diagram source to copy the editable diagram text.

Choose View larger to open a readable preview. The diagram remains in your chat, so you can return and ask for another version.

If the diagram does not appear#

Wait until Penny finishes the answer. If you see a message that the diagram could not be rendered, choose Try rendering again. In Penny chat, use Ask Penny to fix it to request a corrected diagram. Its source remains available to copy. You can also ask: “Correct the diagram above and show it again with shorter labels.”

Keep large processes readable by asking for an overview first, then a separate diagram for each stage. Drawing a process does not create or launch a campaign.

Next: Ask Agent Penny to help with your outreach.
