Replies and responses#

"Sure, tell me more."#

Text
Great! In short: we help {{title|teams}} like yours [outcome] by [how, one line].

Easiest is a 15-minute call where I show you how it would work for {{company_name|your team}}. Here's my calendar: {{calendar_link}}. Or send me two times that suit you.

→ Stage: Interested

"What does it cost?"#

Text
Fair question. It depends on [seats/volume], and most teams your size land around [range].

Before pricing, it's worth checking it would actually work for you. Open to 15 minutes this week? {{calendar_link}}

"Send me some information."#

Text
Will do. Here's a 2-minute overview: [link]

To send what's actually relevant: are you mainly looking to [option A] or [option B]?

Ending with a question keeps the conversation going.

"Not right now / maybe next quarter."#

Text
Totally understand. I'll check back in [month]. Is there anything that would make it a priority sooner?

→ Set a Follow-up reminder in Inbox, and optionally add them to a "Revisit next quarter" list. See the revival playbook.

"We already use [competitor]."#

Text
Makes sense, [competitor] is solid. Teams usually come to us when they need [differentiator]. How is that working for you today?

"I'm not the right person."#

Text
Thanks for letting me know! Who would be best to speak with about [topic]? Happy to mention you pointed me their way.

→ Add the new contact to a list and enroll them.

"Not interested."#

Text
Thanks for the honest answer, {{first_name|there}}. I won't follow up. All the best!

→ Stage: Not interested

"Please stop messaging me." / "Unsubscribe."#

Don't argue or pitch. Reply briefly if appropriate, then set the stage to Do not contact. Prosyo never contacts them again from any campaign.

Out-of-office auto-replies#

No reply needed. If it names a colleague, add that person to a list. Note the return date and set a Follow-up reminder.
