- Sending limits and safety
On this page
The Sending & safety tab controls how and when a campaign sends. These settings keep your LinkedIn and email accounts healthy and your outreach human-paced.
1. Sending accounts#
| Setting | Used for |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn account | Visits, likes, comments, invites and LinkedIn messages |
| Email account | Email steps. Choose an SMTP/IMAP mailbox or Gmail/Outlook. |
No email account yet? Connect one.
2. Daily limits#
Pick a preset, then fine-tune the numbers.
| Preset | Invites / day | LinkedIn actions / day | Emails / day | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cautious | 10 | 20 | 25 | New or recently connected accounts |
| Recommended | 20 | 40 | 50 | Most workspaces |
| High volume | 25 | 60 | 100 | Established accounts with strong reply rates |
| Limit | What it counts | Guidance | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connection requests / day | LinkedIn invites | LinkedIn recommends staying under 25 | 50 |
| LinkedIn actions / day | Visits, likes, comments and messages combined | 40 is a safe pace | 150 |
| Emails / day | Emails from this campaign | Start near 25 on a new mailbox | 500 |
Click Save after changing limits, or Discard to undo.
Start Cautious for the first week on a new account, move to Recommended in week two, and only use High volume when acceptance and reply rates are healthy.
LinkedIn also has its own weekly invitation limit, roughly 100 to 200 per week depending on the account. Keeping daily invites at 20 or fewer keeps you well inside it.
3. Delay between actions#
Every action waits a random gap inside a range you choose before it goes out. A launch is spread over the day instead of sending to everyone at once.
- Set a Minimum gap and a Maximum gap, between 5 and 60 minutes.
- The default is 5 to 15 minutes.
- The gap applies per sending account, across all campaigns using that account.
- Prosyo shows the resulting pace, for example "5-15 min between actions — roughly 6 actions an hour per account".
4. When a lead replies#
Turn off remaining steps when they reply is on by default. When a prospect replies on LinkedIn or email:
- that person's enrollment is marked replied,
- none of their later steps are sent,
- the conversation appears in Inbox.
Leave this on. A follow-up after someone has replied looks automated.
5. Cancel an invitation if not accepted#
Turn on Cancel an invitation if not accepted till and set a number of days (1 to 30).
If the prospect hasn't accepted by then, Prosyo:
- withdraws the pending LinkedIn invite,
- skips later LinkedIn messages for that person,
- still sends email steps, if they have an email.
Pending invites that pile up can hurt your account. 7 to 14 days is a good setting.
6. Working hours#
Choose:
- Timezone. Usually your prospects' timezone.
- Start and end time, for example 09:00 to 17:30.
- Days of the week, for example Monday to Friday.
Nothing sends outside this window. Actions that are due wait until the window opens.
Messages that arrive during the prospect's working day get more replies. If your list spans timezones, split it into one campaign per region.
7. Danger zone#
At the bottom of the tab, Delete campaign removes a campaign that isn't running. Deleting can't be undone. To keep the reports, archive the campaign instead.
How a sending day works#
- The campaign is Running.
- Each enrolled person moves through the sequence in order.
- Actions go out inside working hours, under daily limits, with a random gap between them.
- LinkedIn messages wait until the person accepts your invite.
- Emails send only if the person has an email and an email account is selected.
- A reply stops their remaining steps.
- Unaccepted invites are withdrawn after the days you set.
- If an account needs reconnecting, sending waits and you get a notification.
You don't need to keep Prosyo open.
