Launch#
- Open the campaign and click Review & launch (top right of a draft campaign).
- The launch review opens and checks:

| Accounts | A LinkedIn account (and email account, if you have email steps) is selected and Healthy |
| Content | Invite notes are under 300 characters, messages aren't empty, and emails have a subject |
| Audience | At least one prospect is enrolled |
| Plan | Your trial or plan allows sending |
- The review also shows Still to contact and Actions to send.
- If anything is flagged under Fix these before launching, fix it and open the review again.
- Click Launch campaign.
The status changes to Running. Prosyo queues work inside your working hours. You can close the tab.
Pause#
Click Pause in the campaign header. Nothing more is sent until you resume. Pausing takes effect straight away.
Pause when you want to:
- edit the sequence,
- change the sending account,
- stop for a holiday.
Edit a running campaign#
- Pause the campaign.
- Edit the Sequence.
- Click Resume.
You can change limits, working hours and the audience without pausing.
Resume#
Click Resume. The same review runs, and the button reads Resume sending. Steps that became due while paused are spread across your working hours. They don't all send at once.
Archive#
Archive a finished campaign to keep your list tidy. Reports stay available, and archived campaigns don't count toward your active campaign limit.
Why launch is blocked#
| Message | Fix |

| No LinkedIn account selected | Sending & safety → LinkedIn account |
| LinkedIn needs reconnect | Settings → Accounts → Reconnect |
| Invite note too long | Keep the note under 300 characters |
| Empty message or email subject | Fill in the step |
| No prospects enrolled | Audience → Add prospects |
| Active campaign limit reached | Pause or archive another campaign, or upgrade |
| Trial ended or payment failed | Settings → Billing |
Launch from Claude or ChatGPT#
You can also say "launch my UK founders campaign" in Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant shows you the summary and waits for you to confirm before anything sends.
