Is there a free plan?
There's a 7-day free trial with every core feature. After that, plans start at $19 a month.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Pick a plan when you're ready to keep sending.
What's the difference between an Agency / Team seat and an extra LinkedIn/email seat?
An Agency / Team seat is a teammate login plus 1 LinkedIn and 1 Gmail/Outlook. An extra LinkedIn/email seat is one more sending account only, with no extra login.
Can I use my own email server on Starter?
Only during the trial. Paid Starter is LinkedIn-only. Multichannel and Agency / Team include an SMTP/IMAP mailbox.
Do AI credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits are granted each billing period. Credit packs you buy don't expire at the end of the month.
Are Claude and ChatGPT connectors extra?
No. They're included on every plan. Using them doesn't cost Prosyo credits.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, add seats or cancel any time in Settings → Billing.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly saves 24%.
