Writer AgentOn

A personal first line for every person on every list

The Writer reads each prospect’s profile and the research you already have, follows your offer, tone and “never say” rules, and writes one opening line per person. The line drops into your LinkedIn and email steps through {{personalized_message}}, so a 500-person campaign reads like 500 notes written by hand.

Loved by founders, agencies and sales teams

Every openerwritten for oneperson, never a template.

People can tell a merge tag from a message in one line. The Writer earns the second line: it opens with something true about the person, in the voice you set, using your own proof when it helps. Then your sequence does the rest.

How it works

What the Writer Agent does, step by step

The same steps your best teammate would take, written down once and run every time.

  1. 01

    Give it your voice

Your offer, tone and never-say rules, set once for the workspace. Add your deck, case studies and website to Knowledge, and the lines can lean on real proof.

  2. 02

    It reads each person

Their profile, current role and history, plus any research from enrichment: seniority, buying role and the hooks worth mentioning.

  3. 03

    One line per person

A single opening line that is about them, not about you. Short enough for a connection note, specific enough to earn a reply.

  4. 04

    Straight into the sequence

Each line is saved to {{personalized_message}}, the variable your LinkedIn and email steps already use. Read and edit any line before launch.

What it hands you

From merge tag to a line worth answering

Templates still do the heavy lifting. The Writer fixes the one line that decides whether the rest gets read.

  • About themWritten from the person’s own profile and research.
  • Backed by your proofCase studies and notes in Knowledge, cited when they fit.
  • Inside your rulesYour tone and never-say list apply to every line.
When it runs

On your schedule, or the moment something happens

Runs when you click Run now. Set it to start when people are added to a list, and every Fit from the Qualifier gets a line on its own.

  • When you run itDefault
  • On a schedule
  • When people are added to a list
  • When a labelled reply comes in
  • When someone turns high intent
  • When an import finishes

Up to two runs are active at a time in a workspace; others wait their turn. A run pauses at its step or credit limit until you continue it.

You stay in control

Writer Agent asks before it acts

You choose how much it does alone. Reading and research always run straight away; anything that sends, spends or changes another app waits as a card you approve, unless you allowed it.

  • Review each stepIt asks before every step, unless you allowed that action to run on its own.
  • Review changesIt reads and researches freely, then brings every change back to you.
  • Run routine workSaving people, tagging and preparing drafts run on their own. Sending, paid actions and other apps still wait.
Better together

One agent per job, handing work to the next

Agents start each other through your lists and your inbox. Each one leaves a result you can check, and the launch waits for you.

What does the Writer read before it writes?

The prospect’s profile and current role, any research from enrichment, your workspace offer, tone and never-say rules, and your Knowledge: deck, case studies, website and notes. Tick a web research app and it can read recent company news too.

Where does the line go?

Into the {{personalized_message}} field on each person. Put that variable in any LinkedIn or email step and every message opens with that person’s own line.

Can I control the tone?

Yes. Your workspace outreach instructions set the offer, tone and the words to avoid, and every line follows them. You can also add a note to a single run, such as “more casual” or “under 20 words”.

Can I review the lines before anything sends?

Yes. Writing a line sends nothing. Read and edit any of them in Prosyo before you launch, and the campaign uses your edited version.

How is this different from AI icebreakers?

Same writing, on autopilot. Icebreakers write lines when you ask; the Writer Agent does it on its own whenever people reach a list, so every new Fit already has a line when you open the campaign.

Will every line sound different?

Yes. Each line is written from that person’s own profile and research, so two people on the same list get two different openers. Your tone and rules keep them all sounding like you.

What if a profile has very little on it?

The Writer works from the role, the company and any research you have. For thin profiles, run enrichment first: it adds seniority, buying role and hooks the line can use.

Will a line ever feel creepy?

It should not. Lines use what people share in public and the research you hold, inside your never-say rules. Prosyo never mentions that someone visited your website or that they were tracked.

Can it write the whole message, not just the first line?

The Writer focuses on the first line because that is the part that must be personal. Your sequence templates carry the rest, and Penny can draft full messages and sequences when you ask her in chat.

What does it cost?

Agents come with the Penny plans. Runs use AI credits, with a credit and step limit you set for each run.
