Cold email writer
You need to write a B2B cold email that gets replies.
You get Three email variants · Subject lines · Why each angle works
Use this to add a personal opener to each contact on a list. The line proves the email was written for the reader and leads naturally into the problem the email is about.
Use it when you need personalised first lines (icebreakers) for cold emails or LinkedIn messages at scale.

Use this to add a personal opener to each contact on a list. The line proves the email was written for the reader and leads naturally into the problem the email is about.
Spend 1-3 minutes per lead. Look for, in order: something they said or wrote, a change in their role or team, a company trigger, a specific detail of how their company works.
Formula: specific observation + why it connects to the email’s problem. The second half is what makes personalization work; an observation with no bridge is a compliment, and compliments get ignored.
| Grade | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A | Specific to the person and connected to the problem |
| B | Specific to the company and connected |
| C | Role or industry level, honest and relevant (fallback) |
| Fail | Invented, generic flattery, or unrelated trivia; never ship |
Aim for A or B on Tier 1 contacts; C is acceptable for Tier 3.
When research finds nothing, write a C line about the role at their company’s stage. A sincere role-level line outperforms a fake personal one, and it never gets caught.
The line must read naturally after "Hi {first name}," and before the email’s second sentence. Check 5 rendered examples.

Plus counts per grade and the leads where research found nothing.
Once the skill is installed, plain requests like these load it automatically. Swap in your own company, buyer and numbers.

Yes. The skill is a plain SKILL.md file with no vendor lock-in. Agents that load skills natively (Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and others) pick it up automatically; anywhere else, paste the file into the conversation as instructions.
No. Every skill in the library drafts, researches and analyses, and waits for a person to approve anything that sends, schedules or changes records in bulk. Your inbox, CRM and accounts stay under your control.
Yes. It is free and MIT-licensed. Copy it, adapt it to your market and voice, and if you improve it, open a pull request so everyone gets the better version.
Paste this into Claude, Codex or any agent. It interviews you about your play, writes the skill in the house format, checks it and opens the pull request. Once it is merged, it shows up here with your name on it.
Fetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/prosyo-ai/gtm-skill/main/AGENTS.md and follow its submission flow. Interview me about my GTM play (the real numbers, rubrics and examples), draft it in their format with reference pages, validate it and open the pull request.
