Discovery call prep
You have a discovery or first sales call coming up and want to run it well.
You get One-page call plan · Question list · Next-step ask
Use this when replies arrive from a campaign. Speed decides how many positive replies become meetings: interested prospects answered within an hour book far more often than those answered the next day.
Use it when outbound replies need triage and answers.

| Class | Signal | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Interested | "Sure", "Tell me more", "Let’s talk", asks for times | Now |
| Question | Asks about price, how it works, integrations | Now |
| Referral | "Talk to Sam" | Today |
| Objection | "We already use X", "No budget", "Not a fit because…" | Today |
| Not now | "Reach out in Q3", "Busy until after launch" | Today, then schedule |
| Not interested | "No thanks", "Not interested" | Today, close politely |
| Wrong person | "I don’t handle this" | Today, ask who does |
| Out of office | Auto-reply | Pause; resume after return date |
| Unsubscribe or hostile | "Remove me", "Stop" | Now: suppress everywhere |
Read references/reply-playbook.md for a draft pattern for each class.
Each reply gets: classification, draft, next step, follow-up date and the CRM update (status, reason, notes).
Group drafts by priority. Unsubscribes are processed immediately (suppression is not a sales message, so it needs no approval to stop sending).
<prospect> | <class> | priority | draft reply | next step + date | CRM update
Great, thanks Maya. The call is 20 minutes: how your close runs today, what Contoso changed, and whether it would work for you. Does Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2 (your time) work? Or grab any slot here: <booking link>
Fair question. It depends on the number of entities; most teams your size land between <range from the approved price list>. The 20-minute call is the fastest way to get you an exact number. Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2?
If pricing is public, link to it and give the likely plan in one line.
Answer in two or three sentences, plainly. Then: "Easier to show than tell. 15 minutes this week?"
To the referrer:
Thanks Tom, appreciated. I’ll reach out to Priya and mention you pointed me her way.
To the referred person:
Hi Priya, Tom suggested I get in touch about month-end close. <one-line problem + proof>. Worth 20 minutes?
Makes sense. Out of curiosity, how long does close take with it today? If it’s under 5 days, you’re ahead of most and I’ll leave you be.
Understood. When does planning for next year start? Happy to send something useful before then and not chase you in the meantime.
No problem. I’ll check back in <month they named>. Anything specific you’d want to see by then?
Then: schedule the follow-up for that date, set the status to nurture.
Understood, thanks for letting me know. I won’t follow up.
Close the record with the reason if given.
Thanks for letting me know. Who would be best to talk to about <topic>? Happy to keep your name out of it if you prefer.
No reply. Pause all steps; resume two business days after the return date. If the auto-reply names a delegate, treat as a referral (without naming the out-of-office person as a "recommendation").
No sales reply. Optional single line: "Done, you won’t hear from us again." Suppress on email, domain-level for the person, and LinkedIn.
Once the skill is installed, plain requests like these load it automatically. Swap in your own company, buyer and numbers.

Run /plugin marketplace add prosyo-ai/gtm-skill and then /plugin install gtm-skills@prosyo to add the whole library, or run npx skills add prosyo-ai/gtm-skill –skill reply-handler for this skill alone. In Claude.ai, download the .zip from this page and upload it under Settings, Capabilities, Skills.
Have these ready: replies with the original message, offer and calendar link, objection answers. If something is missing, the skill tells the agent to ask for it rather than guess.
Yes. The skill is a plain SKILL.md file with no vendor lock-in. Agents that load skills natively (Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and others) pick it up automatically; anywhere else, paste the file into the conversation as instructions.
No. Every skill in the library drafts, researches and analyses, and waits for a person to approve anything that sends, schedules or changes records in bulk. Your inbox, CRM and accounts stay under your control.
Yes. It is free and MIT-licensed. Copy it, adapt it to your market and voice, and if you improve it, open a pull request so everyone gets the better version.
Paste this into Claude, Codex or any agent. It interviews you about your play, writes the skill in the house format, checks it and opens the pull request. Once it is merged, it shows up here with your name on it.
Fetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/prosyo-ai/gtm-skill/main/AGENTS.md and follow its submission flow. Interview me about my GTM play (the real numbers, rubrics and examples), draft it in their format with reference pages, validate it and open the pull request.
The skill gives your agent the playbook. Penny, the Prosyo AI SDR, runs plays like this for you every day across LinkedIn and email.
Penny, the Prosyo AI SDR, finds your buyers, writes from what they actually posted, follows up on LinkedIn and email and lands every reply in one inbox with an answer ready. 7 days free, no card.
