Use this when the same pitch goes to a CFO, a team lead and an engineer. It produces a matrix that keeps the core value proposition but changes the pain, proof and words for each reader.
Use it when one message does not fit every buyer and you need messaging by persona, industry or stage.

Use this when the same pitch goes to a CFO, a team lead and an engineer. It produces a matrix that keeps the core value proposition but changes the pain, proof and words for each reader.
Rows are personas; columns are:
| Column | What goes in |
|---|---|
| Measured on | The metric they own |
| Top pain | The pain in their words |
| Outcome | The result they want |
| Pillar to lead with | Which of your pillars fits best |
| Proof | The proof point that persuades this role |
| Objection | Their most likely pushback and the answer |
| Use | Words that resonate |
| Avoid | Words that make them tune out |
A CFO hears cost and risk; a team lead hears time and quality; an engineer hears how it works and what it touches. Same product, different first sentence.
Per persona: an email opener, a LinkedIn opener, a 20-second call opener and a landing page headline. Lines reuse the matrix words exactly.
A variant earns a row when the pain or the proof genuinely differs (healthcare compliance, a seed-stage team without a RevOps person). Otherwise, the persona row is enough.
| Persona | Measured on | Top pain | Outcome | Lead pillar | Proof | Objection → answer | Use | Avoid |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CFO | Close time, audit findings, headcount cost | "We hire analysts to do reconciliation" | 5-day close without new hires | Automation of reconciliation | Contoso: 9 → 4 days, one analyst redeployed | "Another tool to buy" → replaces 2 tools and manual hours | close, audit trail, headcount | revolutionary, synergy, seamless |

Yes. The skill is a plain SKILL.md file with no vendor lock-in. Agents that load skills natively (Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and others) pick it up automatically; anywhere else, paste the file into the conversation as instructions.
No. Every skill in the library drafts, researches and analyses, and waits for a person to approve anything that sends, schedules or changes records in bulk. Your inbox, CRM and accounts stay under your control.
Yes. It is free and MIT-licensed. Copy it, adapt it to your market and voice, and if you improve it, open a pull request so everyone gets the better version.
Paste this into Claude, Codex or any agent. It interviews you about your play, writes the skill in the house format, checks it and opens the pull request. Once it is merged, it shows up here with your name on it.
