Prosyo content and software
Unless otherwise stated, the Prosyo website, software interface, product documentation, written content, original graphics, branding and other materials created by Prosyo are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Permitted use
You may view and use Prosyo’s public website content for ordinary personal or internal business evaluation. You may link to public Prosyo pages and may quote short portions of public written content when the quotation is properly attributed and does not misrepresent Prosyo or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
Restrictions
Except where permitted by law or by written authorization from Prosyo, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute or create misleading derivative copies of substantial Prosyo website content, product documentation, branding or proprietary software. You may not remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices from Prosyo materials.
Prosyo trademarks and branding
The Prosyo name, logo, product names and associated brand elements are owned by their respective rights holders. Permission to use the Prosyo service does not grant a license to use Prosyo branding in a way that suggests partnership, certification, sponsorship or endorsement without authorization.
Third-party materials
Third-party names, logos, screenshots, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Prosyo may be for identification, integration, compatibility, commentary or comparison purposes and does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Customer and user content
Customers retain the rights they hold in content and data they lawfully provide to Prosyo. The Terms of Service describe the limited rights required for Prosyo to process customer data to provide the service.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe material available through Prosyo infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, send a clear notice to [email protected] identifying the protected work, the material you believe is infringing, where it appears and how we can contact you. Please provide information sufficient for us to review the concern.
