How it runs

One request. The agent does the rest.

The guide

Event lists, webinar sign-ups and data provider exports all have the same problem: a few great prospects buried in a lot of noise. Sorting them by hand is the job that gets postponed, and an unsorted list either sits unused or goes into a campaign as it is. This agent sorts every import the moment it finishes.

Why the reason matters

Scores without explanations are hard to trust. “62” tells nobody what to do. “Maybe: right title, but company size is not on record” tells a rep exactly what to check. The Qualifier writes a one-line reason on every tag, so your team can agree with the sort, or correct it, in seconds.

What the agent does

It starts when an import into Prosyo finishes. It reads every new person, compares them with your ideal customer, and tags each one Fit, Maybe or No with a reason. Then it reports the totals and names the best fits. Tagging is routine work, so you can let it run without approval and open a sorted list.

Set it up

  1. Describe your ideal customer in Prosyo, including the deal-breakers.
  2. Start from the Qualifier template and set it to run when an import finishes.
  3. Allow tagging to run on its own.
  4. Optionally, ask it to add Fit people to a named list for the Writer.

Tips

  • Write deal-breakers as plain rules: “No agencies”, “Only companies over 20 people”, “Only the UK and Ireland”.
  • Look at the first twenty Maybes. They usually tell you which rule to add.
  • Keep the import file’s source in the list name, so you can compare which events bring the best fits.
You stay in control

Qualifier Agent asks before it acts

You choose how much it does alone. Reading and research always run straight away; anything that sends, spends or changes another app waits as a card you approve, unless you allowed it.

  • Review each stepIt asks before every step, unless you allowed that action to run on its own.
  • Review changesIt reads and researches freely, then brings every change back to you.
  • Run routine workSaving people, tagging and preparing drafts run on their own. Sending, paid actions and other apps still wait.

Which imports does it react to?

Any import into Prosyo: a CSV or Excel file, a LinkedIn search, or a list from the Chrome extension.

Will it remove the No people?

No. It only tags. Filter them out of your campaign, or check the Maybes yourself.

Can it do more after scoring?

Yes. Ask it to add the Fits to a list, and the Writer can pick them up from there.

When does it run?

As soon as an import into Prosyo finishes, from a CSV or Excel file, a LinkedIn search or the Chrome extension.

Do I need to connect other apps?

No. It works with what is already in your Prosyo workspace: your lists, campaigns, inbox, Intent and Knowledge. Connect apps later if you want it to do more.

Can the agent act without my approval?

Reading and research run straight away. Routine work such as saving people to a list or tagging can run alone if you allow it. Sending, paid actions and changes in other apps wait for your yes unless you explicitly allowed that action.

What does a run cost?

Each step uses AI credits like a Penny question, and you set the most steps and credits one run may use. A run pauses at either limit until you continue it. Paid actions such as enrichment, and charges from connected apps, are separate.

Can I change what the agent does?

Yes, in plain words. Edit the brief, attach a skill such as your own playbook, tick or untick apps and change what needs approval. The next run follows the new instructions, and finished work stays saved.

Which agent runs it, and what pairs well with it?

The Qualifier Agent, Prosyo’s ai lead qualification agent. Start from its template and use this request as the brief. It pairs well with the Writer Agent and the Research Agent, which can pick up its results through your lists and inbox.

How do I see what the agent did?

Every run has a page that says what it did in plain words, with the credits each step used and anything waiting for you. Results show as formatted answers, tables or diagrams, and you get a notification when a run finishes or needs your approval.

Which Prosyo plan do I need?

Agents come with the Penny Agents, Penny SDR and Penny SDR All-in plans: 5, 10 or 20 agents. Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required.
