One request. The agent does the rest.
Type it to Penny, or use it as the agent’s brief and let it run on its trigger.
For each account on “ABM Q1 accounts”, read who we have by role, and prepare notes on our Miro account map: people we know, roles still missing and the next move. Ask me before updating the board.

Account-based selling depends on seeing the whole account: who you know, who you still need, and what to do next. Many teams keep that picture on a Miro board, and many boards are out of date by the second week. This agent keeps it current.
What the agent does
It reads the accounts on your list and the people you have for each buying committee role. It works out which roles are covered and which are missing, suggests the next move per account, and prepares notes for your Miro account map. The board is updated only after your approval.
Set it up
- Connect Miro and choose the team with your account map.
- Create an agent from scratch with the roles you sell to.
- Run it after each research run, or weekly on a schedule.
Work the map
- Fill missing roles with the Research Agent, then hand the new people to the Writer.
- Review the map weekly with the account team.
- Measure accounts with two or more engaged people, not single replies.

Custom agent asks before it acts
You choose how much it does alone. Reading and research always run straight away; anything that sends, spends or changes another app waits as a card you approve, unless you allowed it.
- Review each stepIt asks before every step, unless you allowed that action to run on its own.
- Review changesIt reads and researches freely, then brings every change back to you.
- Run routine workSaving people, tagging and preparing drafts run on their own. Sending, paid actions and other apps still wait.

On demandAI account research: a sourced brief on every target accountAn agent runs deep research on each target account with Parallel and Exa, and hands you a one-page brief with priorities, news, people and a reason to reach out, every claim with its source.Custom agent

On demandWrite the follow-up from what was actually said on the callAfter a sales call, an agent reads the transcript in Gong, Fireflies or Granola, pulls out the objections and the agreed next step, and drafts a follow-up in your voice for your approval.Custom agent
On demandMake a one-pager for each top account in CanvaFor your top accounts, an agent finds your approved one-pager in Canva and prepares a version tailored to each company, ready for your approval and the next message.Custom agent Why a visual map?
Account-based selling is a team sport. A board everyone can see shows coverage gaps faster than any list.
Will it rearrange our board?
No. It prepares notes, and updates wait for your approval.
What counts as a role?
The buying committee roles you sell to, such as economic buyer, champion, user and technical evaluator.
When does it run?
Whenever you click Run now, or ask Penny in chat. If it becomes a weekly habit, put it on a schedule instead and it runs on its own.
Which apps does it use, and do I need accounts?
It uses Miro, with one-click sign-in. Each app works with your own access, so the agent only sees what your account can see, and anything an app charges for is billed by that app.
Can the agent act without my approval?
Reading and research run straight away. Routine work such as saving people to a list or tagging can run alone if you allow it. Sending, paid actions and changes in other apps wait for your yes unless you explicitly allowed that action.
What does a run cost?
Each step uses AI credits like a Penny question, and you set the most steps and credits one run may use. A run pauses at either limit until you continue it. Paid actions such as enrichment, and charges from connected apps, are separate.
Can I change what the agent does?
Yes, in plain words. Edit the brief, attach a skill such as your own playbook, tick or untick apps and change what needs approval. The next run follows the new instructions, and finished work stays saved.
Which agent runs it?
An agent you create from scratch with this use case as its brief. It takes a few minutes: name it, paste the request, pick the trigger and apps, and choose what needs approval.
How do I see what the agent did?
Every run has a page that says what it did in plain words, with the credits each step used and anything waiting for you. Results show as formatted answers, tables or diagrams, and you get a notification when a run finishes or needs your approval.
