Webhooks give technical teams a direct way to react to supported Prosyo events without waiting for a prebuilt connector. Point the event at an endpoint you control, process the payload in your own infrastructure and decide what should happen next.

Extend Prosyo without adding another automation layer

Use webhooks when your workflow already has an internal API, middleware service or event-processing layer. They are especially useful when you need a clean hand-off from Prosyo into systems that are specific to your business.

Build for reliability, not just connectivity

A production webhook should be treated like any other system integration. Authenticate where supported, validate the incoming payload, log failures, make downstream processing idempotent and keep retries from creating duplicate actions.
