How can my system trust each request?
Each request names the event, carries a unique delivery ID and is signed, so your system can trust it and ignore duplicates.
Can I rotate the signing secret?
Yes. The secret is shown once when you connect, and you can rotate it later.
Can webhooks start outreach in Prosyo?
Webhooks send events out. To start outreach from another app, use custom triggers with the API.
Is there a sample payload?
Yes. Prosyo shows a sample that matches the live format, and the test button sends one.
Which events can Prosyo send?
Prospect created, stage changed, prospect enriched, reply received, campaign launched, campaign paused and account needs reconnecting. You choose which ones go out and which prospect fields are included.
How do I know a request really came from Prosyo?
Every delivery is signed with your own secret. Check the signature before acting, and use the delivery ID to ignore duplicates.
Can I add leads to Prosyo from my workflow?
Yes. With an API token, your workflow can add up to 100 people per request to a list, and then add them to a campaign. Sending still runs at a safe, human pace.
Does the endpoint need to be public?
Yes. It must be a publicly reachable HTTPS address. Plain HTTP, private and internal addresses are blocked.
Does Webhooks cost extra on Prosyo?
No. It is included on every Prosyo plan.
