Enrichment adds context to your prospects before you write to them. Prosyo only saves contact details a real source returned, and it never guesses them. The AI analysis is labelled **AI-inferred**, with how confident it is.

## Run enrichment#

1. Go to **Prospects**.
2. Select the people you want to enrich. Use the checkbox in the header to select a whole page, or **Select all N matching**. You can enrich up to 500 people at a time.
3. Click **Enrich with AI**.
4. Choose a mode (below).
5. Click **Enrich prospects · up to N credits** (or **Generate lines · up to N credits**). The button shows the most it can cost.

A progress bar shows above the table, and you can keep working while enrichment runs in the background. People you've suppressed are skipped.

To enrich one person, open them, go to the **Research** tab and click **Run AI research · 5 credits** (**Re-run research** if they were enriched before). When the panel's next action reads **Enrich with AI**, its **Run** button does the same.

## Company and website kept up to date#

- If LinkedIn shows a different current employer than the one saved (an old job, or a headline fragment like "PMP, IT Strategic Planning" or "Ex-Deloitte & Accenture"), enrichment updates the company, and the website follows the new company.
- The website comes from the company's LinkedIn page. If LinkedIn has none, the email lookup resolves the company's domain, and a domain it's sure of fills the company and the website. Prosyo never guesses a domain from an email address.
- An email the prospect already has is checked during enrichment and marked **valid**, or with what the check found (for example invalid or accept-all). The address itself is never removed.
- If the person is one of your LinkedIn connections and shares an email or phone in their contact info, enrichment saves them first. That email is checked the same way, and no second lookup runs.
- A company or website you typed yourself, or one from your own CSV/Excel file or a prospect you added by hand, is never replaced.

## Verified work email#

Enrichment also finds a work email for anyone who doesn't have one. There's nothing to switch on and no extra cost. Prosyo reads the person's LinkedIn profile and, when the company has no website on file, the company's LinkedIn page, then looks up their work address from their name, company and company website.

- Only a mailbox that was **verified with at least 85% confidence** is saved, and it's marked **valid**.
- Guesses, catch-all domains ("accept all") and lower scores are never saved to the prospect.
- An email you added yourself is never replaced, and one address is never given to two prospects.
- Every lookup is kept on the prospect with its result and confidence, so you can see why an address was or wasn't used.

The same lookup also runs by itself after every import (CSV/Excel, LinkedIn search, LinkedIn post and the Chrome extension) for people in the import who don't have an email yet. A person is looked up again only after 30 days.

## Two modes#

### Enrich only#

**5 credits** per prospect.

Prosyo reads the whole LinkedIn profile, not just the search result it was imported from.

**What it reads**

| From the profile | Kept as |
| --- | --- |
| Headline | Shown on the prospect, and used to fill a missing job title |
| About | The person's own words, kept in full |
| Work history | Current and past roles with companies and dates |
| Education, skills, languages | Context for the analysis and the export |
| Location, industry | Prospect fields |
| Followers, connection degree, open-to-work, hiring | Signals on the prospect |
| Email, phone, website | Only when LinkedIn actually returns them, never guessed. LinkedIn shows the email and phone in a person's contact info to their 1st-degree connections only, so those come through for people you're connected to. A work email can also come from a verified lookup (see above) |

**What it works out**

| Analysis | What you get |
| --- | --- |
| **ICP fit** | Strong, possible or weak against the ideal customer profile saved in your workspace, with the reason in one sentence |
| **Buying role** | Decision maker, influencer or user |
| **Seniority** | Junior, mid, senior or executive |
| **Pain hypothesis** | 1–3 short guesses at what this person is trying to solve, in their terms |
| **Summary and hooks** | Two or three sentences and 2–4 safe conversation angles |

Job title and company are also filled from the profile when yours are blank. A headline like `Founder @ Company` is split correctly, and a slogan is never saved as a company name.

Note

ICP fit needs an ideal customer profile to compare against. Write one first (see [Define your ICP](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/prospects/define-your-icp/)). Without it, the fit reads **unknown**.

Everything above appears in the prospect side panel, and every field is in the CSV export.

**Where you see it**

- **Prospects** table: a **Location** column beside Company.
- **Campaign → Audience**: a **Location** column on each enrolled lead, and on the board card.
- **Prospect panel**: location sits with company, LinkedIn, website, email and phone. Click it to correct it by hand. The **Research** tab holds the ICP verdict, the likely problems and a **From their LinkedIn profile** card with the headline, About, roles, skills and signals.

### Write personalized line#

**2 credits** per prospect.

Prosyo writes a one-to-one opening line for each person, **and nothing else**. It doesn't create research notes, doesn't look up or check emails, and doesn't touch the job title, company, website or enrichment status. To fill or fix those, use **Enrich only**. The line is written from:

- the prospect's profile,
- the research they already have, if you enriched them before,
- the **Personalization source** you pick in the dialog:
  - **Workspace instructions** uses the **Outreach / AI instructions** saved in **Settings → Workspace → General**.
  - **Custom prompt** uses what you type. Click **Generate · 1 credit** to have AI draft a prompt for you.

Tip

For the most specific lines, run **Enrich only** first and **Write personalized line** after. The line then has seniority, buying role and hooks to draw on.

The line is saved on the prospect as its **first-touch line**. Use it in any message with `{{personalized_message}}`, for example `Hi {{first_name|there}}, {{personalized_message|hope all is well}}`. You can read and edit it in the prospect side panel, and it syncs to [HubSpot](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/integrations/hubspot/) and [webhooks](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/integrations/webhooks/).

Always read a few lines, and preview the campaign, before you launch. See [Variables and personalization](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/campaigns/variables-personalization/#personalized-first-lines).

Example custom prompt:

> Mention something specific from their recent role. Keep it under 20 words. No flattery.

### Write one line from the side panel#

1. Open a prospect.
2. On the **Overview** tab, next to **Personalized message**, click **Generate with AI · 2 credits**.
3. The button shows **Generating…** and the box is locked while the line is written. A second click does nothing, so you're only charged once.
4. The line fills in when it's ready. You can edit it in the box.

If Prosyo doesn't have enough to go on, you see "Not enough information about this person to write a line yet." Run **Enrich only** first, then try again. If it takes a while, the panel tells you the line will appear when it's ready. This uses your **Outreach / AI instructions**.

## Export everything you have#

**Prospects → Export** writes a CSV with every field on the prospect, including everything enrichment found.

- **Tick rows first** and the button becomes **Export 24** (or however many you picked), so you get exactly those people. With nothing ticked, you get everything the current filters match, up to 20,000 people per file.
- Columns: name, job title, headline, company, domain, industry, location, email, email status, phone, website, LinkedIn URL, stage, owner, lists, tags, enrichment status, **ICP fit and its reason, seniority, buying role, pain hypothesis, research summary, conversation hooks**, the personalized line, **About, current role, work history, education, skills, languages, years of experience, followers, connection degree, open to work, hiring**, first contact and reply dates, and one column per custom field.
- The contact columns use the **same names as `{{variables}}`** (`company_name`, `email`, `linkedin_url`, `personalized_message`), so a column always matches the variable that reads it. You can edit a file and import it back with **Update existing** to update name, job title, company, website, LinkedIn URL, email and phone. The personalized line isn't imported. Before you import, check the mapping and set every other column to **Skip column**. Columns such as `email_status`, `company_domain`, `company_industry`, `current_role`, `buying_role`, `last_contacted_at` and `last_replied_at` are otherwise picked up as Email, Company, Job title or Last name.
- Custom fields appear as `key (Name)`, so you can see both the variable key and the label.
- The file is saved so that accents and ₹ open correctly in Excel.

## Enrichment status#

Filter the Prospects table by **Enrichment**:

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Not started** | Never enriched |
| **Queued** | Waiting to run |
| **Enriched** | Done |
| **Not enough data** | The profile didn't have enough public information. No credits were used. |
| **Failed** | Something went wrong. Your credits were refunded. |

## Cost#

**Enrich only** costs **5 credits** per prospect and **Write personalized line** costs **2 credits** per prospect. The button shows the most it can cost before you start. Prosyo checks that you have enough credits first, and you're only charged for people it has enough information to work on. Failed work is refunded automatically. See [AI credits](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/ai/credits/).

If you don't have enough credits, Prosyo tells you how many credits the enrichment needs and how many you have. Buy more in **Settings → Billing → Credits**.

Upgrade

Enriching a big list? Top up with a **credit pack** (from 100 to 5,000 credits, on a paid plan), or move to a plan with more monthly credits. [See add-ons](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/billing/add-ons-and-upgrades/).

## Enrich from Chrome#

With the [Chrome extension](https://prosyo.com/pt/docs/integrations/chrome-extension/) you can save LinkedIn people and click **Enrich** in the Prosyo box right away, without opening Prosyo. Or switch on **Enrich after save** in the extension's popup (5 credits each). It starts off.

## Best practices#

- Enrich **before** you write the campaign so AI writing has context.
- Enrich only the list you're about to contact, not your whole database.
- Put your offer, tone and "never say" rules in **Outreach / AI instructions** on **Settings → Workspace → General**. They're the default instructions for **Write personalized line** and **Generate with AI**, and they can steer AI drafting elsewhere in Prosyo.
