# Privacy Policy

## 1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prosyo may collect, use, store, share, and otherwise process information when you visit the Prosyo website, create or use a Prosyo account or workspace, connect supported third-party services, run outreach campaigns, use AI-assisted features, or otherwise interact with the Prosyo service.

It applies to information processed by Prosyo in connection with the service. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party services that you choose to connect or use.

## 2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use Prosyo, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

- **Account and profile information:** such as your name, login-related information, role, preferences, and account settings.
- **Workspace and company information:** such as workspace name, company name, team configuration, business profile information, and settings.
- **Prospect data you provide:** information about prospects, leads, contacts, companies, lists, notes, tags, custom fields, or related records that you upload, import, enter, or otherwise make available through the service.
- **Connected sales and email account data:** information made available when you connect supported third-party accounts, including account identifiers, messaging or mailbox data, conversation metadata, and other information required to provide the connected functionality you choose to use.
- **Campaign and reply activity:** campaign settings, sequences, messages, delivery and engagement events, replies, statuses, notes, task activity, and other workflow information.
- **Website visitor and intent information:** where enabled, information associated with visits to websites or pages that use Prosyo visitor or intent features, such as page activity, referral information, timing, interaction events, and other identifiers or signals made available through the applicable setup.
- **Device and log information:** such as browser type, device information, approximate location derived from network information, timestamps, session information, diagnostic events, and security-related logs.
- **Billing-related records:** subscription status, plan, transaction references, invoices, credits, usage records, and other billing administration information. Payment card details may be handled by payment providers rather than stored directly by Prosyo.
- **AI inputs and outputs:** prompts, instructions, source content, generated text, classifications, summaries, suggested replies, personalization outputs, and related context used with AI-assisted features.
- **Communications and feedback:** information you provide when you submit forms, request help, provide feedback, participate in surveys, or communicate with Prosyo.

## 3. How We Use Information

Prosyo may use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service; create and administer accounts and workspaces; enable prospecting, campaign, reply, analytics, and collaboration features; process subscription and billing administration; provide customer support; detect abuse, fraud, or security incidents; understand product usage; develop and improve features; personalize the experience; comply with legal obligations; enforce applicable terms; and communicate service-related information.

Where required by applicable law, Prosyo relies on an appropriate legal basis for processing, which may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

## 4. Connected Third-Party Services

Prosyo may allow you to connect third-party services such as email, mailbox, social, CRM, calendar, analytics, or other business tools. When you connect a service, Prosyo may receive and process information that the third party makes available for the functionality you authorize.

Your use of a connected service remains subject to that third party’s own terms, privacy notice, permissions, limits, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect an account and to allow Prosyo to process the associated information.

## 5. AI-Assisted Processing

Prosyo may use AI-assisted features to help generate, transform, classify, summarize, personalize, or analyze content. Information you submit to an AI-assisted feature may be processed to produce the requested output and to operate, protect, monitor, and improve the feature.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular recipient or purpose. You should review outputs before relying on or sending them. You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to AI features may lawfully be used for that purpose.

## 6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

Prosyo may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, secure sessions, understand product and website usage, measure performance, and support analytics or attribution.

Depending on your location and the technology involved, consent or additional controls may be required before non-essential technologies are used. Browser or device settings may also allow you to control certain storage technologies, although disabling them can affect service functionality.

## 7. Website Visitor and Intent Tracking

Some Prosyo features may help customers understand website visits, engagement, or intent signals. If you enable these features on a website or other property, you are responsible for providing any notices, choices, consent mechanisms, or other disclosures required by applicable law for your visitors.

Prosyo may process visitor and event information on behalf of customers to provide these features. The exact information available can vary based on how the feature is configured and the information made available by the visitor’s browser, device, network, or connected services.

## 8. How We Share Information

Prosyo may share information with service providers and business partners that support functions such as hosting, security, analytics, communications, billing, customer support, AI-assisted processing, and other service operations. These parties may process information only as needed to provide their services to Prosyo or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and their agreements with Prosyo.

Prosyo may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect users or the public, investigate abuse or security incidents, enforce agreements, or support a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Prosyo does not require you to make prospect data public merely by storing it in your workspace.

## 9. Data Retention

Prosyo may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and support legitimate operational needs.

Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, connected service, legal requirement, and whether information is stored in active systems or backups. When information is no longer required, Prosyo may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements and operational practices.

## 10. Security

Prosyo uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system, network, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using appropriate access controls within your workspace, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized access to your account.

## 11. International Processing

Prosyo and the service providers used to operate the service may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Privacy and data protection laws can differ between jurisdictions.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Prosyo may use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate measures.

## 12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain processing activities.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, retention obligations, or circumstances where Prosyo processes information on behalf of a customer. If your information was provided to Prosyo by a Prosyo customer, you may need to direct your request to that customer.

## 13. Access and Deletion Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with Prosyo, or to exercise another privacy right available to you, **Contact us through the Contact page.**

Prosyo may need to verify your identity and may request information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to your request. Prosyo may retain limited records of a request where necessary for security, legal, or record-keeping purposes.

## 14. Children’s Privacy

Prosyo is designed for business and professional use and is not intended for children. Prosyo does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Prosyo inappropriately, **Contact us through the Contact page.**

## 15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The service may reference, integrate with, or make it possible to interact with third-party websites and services. Prosyo does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. You should review their terms and privacy notices before providing information to or through them.

## 16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Prosyo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or business practices. When the policy changes, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided.
