Last updated: September 13, 2026 ## 1. Agreement By accessing or using Prosyo, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, plan or service. If you use Prosyo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. ## 2. The Prosyo service Prosyo provides software and related services for B2B prospecting, campaign workflow management, personalization, LinkedIn and email outreach, analytics, pipeline context, integrations and AI-assisted workflows. Features, limits and availability can vary by plan, account, integration and product release. ## 3. Accounts You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and controlling access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your account by users you authorize. Notify Prosyo promptly if you believe an account or connected service has been compromised. ## 4. Acceptable use You may use Prosyo only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations and the rules of services you connect. You must not use Prosyo to facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized access, malicious activity, illegal data collection or communications that are prohibited by applicable law. ## 5. Outreach responsibility You are responsible for your target audience, prospect data, campaign content, sender identity, legal basis or other authorization where required, opt-out handling and compliance with the rules that apply to your market and channels. Prosyo provides workflow software; it does not guarantee that a communication is lawful, deliverable, appropriate or permitted by a third-party platform. ## 6. Third-party platforms and integrations Prosyo can interact with or connect to third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and remain subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits and availability. Prosyo does not control changes made by third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to an external service or that a third-party platform will permit a particular workflow indefinitely. ## 7. AI and MCP functionality AI-assisted and MCP-connected features can help prepare, analyze or work with information available to the connected workflow. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is relied upon. The actions available to an AI client depend on the current Prosyo tools, permissions and connection. You are responsible for reviewing consequential actions before approval where the workflow provides or requires confirmation. ## 8. Subscriptions and billing Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown when you subscribe. Plan limits, included features and prices may change for future billing periods subject to applicable notice and contractual commitments. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing arrangement. Additional usage, seats, accounts or services may carry additional charges where clearly presented. ## 9. Trials, promotions and credits Trials, promotional pricing, credits or limited free usage may be subject to additional limits, expiration dates or eligibility requirements. Prosyo may modify or discontinue a promotion prospectively unless a written commitment states otherwise. ## 10. Cancellation and account changes You may change or cancel a subscription using the account controls or support process available to your plan. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal rather than reversing charges already incurred, except where a refund is required by law or expressly offered under a written policy. ## 11. Customer data You retain your rights in data you lawfully provide to Prosyo. You grant Prosyo the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit and display that data to provide, secure, support and improve the service as permitted by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to use customer-supplied data in Prosyo. ## 12. Prosyo intellectual property Prosyo and its software, branding, documentation, interfaces, website content and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. ## 13. Feedback If you voluntarily provide product feedback, ideas or suggestions, Prosyo may use them to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, provided this does not grant Prosyo ownership of your confidential information or customer data. ## 14. Confidentiality Each party should protect non-public business, technical and commercial information disclosed in connection with the service using reasonable care and use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. ## 15. Availability and changes Prosyo may update, modify or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events and infrastructure failures can affect access. ## 16. Disclaimers Prosyo is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, replies, meetings, sales, revenue, platform acceptance rate, deliverability result or business outcome. Marketing statistics and examples should not be interpreted as guarantees of individual performance. ## 17. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prosyo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. ## 18. Suspension and termination Prosyo may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. ## 19. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. ## 20.
