# What LinkedIn Outreach Actually Costs in 2026: 14 Tools, Real Seat Math, and the Hidden Fees

*Last verified September 2026. Vendors change pricing frequently — always confirm on the vendor’s own page before you buy. Links to every official pricing page are included below.*

## **The short answer**

Entry pricing for LinkedIn outreach software in 2026 runs from about **$19 to $100 per seat per month**. But the sticker price is rarely what you pay. Once you add email sending, mailboxes, enrichment credits, Sales Navigator and a second seat, most teams end up spending **two to three times the headline figure**.

The number that matters is not price per seat. It is **cost per meeting booked** — and on that measure the cheapest tool and the most expensive tool are frequently not the ones you would guess.

## **The headline pricing table**

Every figure below is taken from the vendor’s own pricing page, verified September 2026. Where a vendor shows both monthly and annual rates, the monthly rate is listed — annual discounts are noted separately, because a 24–50% annual discount changes the comparison significantly.

| Tool | Entry plan | Mid plan | Billing unit | Email included? | Free trial |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Prosyo** | **$19/mo** Starter | **$49/mo** Multichannel | Per workspace, then per seat | Yes, from $49 — Gmail/Outlook + SMTP/IMAP | 7 days |
| [Waalaxy](https://www.waalaxy.com/pricing/) | €19/mo Pro | €49 Advanced / €69 Business | Per user | Only on Business (€69) | 14 days |
| [Dripify](https://dripify.com/pricing/) | $59/mo Basic | $79 Pro / $99 Advanced | Per seat | Yes, all plans | 7 days |
| [Meet Alfred](https://meetalfred.com/pricing) | $59/mo Basic | $99 Pro / $79 per user Team | Per user | Only on Pro and Team | Yes |
| [HeyReach](https://www.heyreach.io/) | $79/sender/mo Growth | $999/mo for 25 senders | **Per LinkedIn sender** | No native email sending | 14 days |
| [Expandi](https://expandi.io/pricing/) | $99/seat/mo | Agency, custom, 10+ seats | Per seat | Yes, email follow-ups in sequence | 7 days |
| [Skylead](https://skylead.io/pricing/) | $100/seat/mo | $999/mo for 25 seats | Per seat | Yes, unlimited email accounts | Yes |
| [lemlist](https://www.lemlist.com/) | $59/mo Email | $99/mo Multichannel | Per user | Email-first platform | Yes |
| [Instantly](https://instantly.ai/) | $37/mo Growth | $97/mo Hypergrowth | Per workspace | Email only, no LinkedIn | Yes |
| [Smartlead](https://www.smartlead.ai/) | $39/mo Basic | $94/mo Pro | Per workspace | Email only, no LinkedIn | Yes |
| [Reply.io](https://reply.io/) | $60/mo Starter | $90/mo Professional | Per user | Multichannel | Yes |
| [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/) | Free tier | From ~$49/user/mo | Per user | Yes, plus database | Free tier |
| [Clay](https://www.clay.com/) | Free tier | From ~$149/mo | Per workspace + credits | Orchestration, not a sender | Free tier |
| [Octopus CRM](https://octopuscrm.io/) / [Dux-Soup](https://www.dux-soup.com/) / [Linked Helper](https://www.linkedhelper.com/) | Low-cost entry tiers | Varies | Per user | Limited or none | Yes |

Two structural things jump out of that table, and they matter more than any individual number.

**First, the billing unit is not the same across vendors.** HeyReach charges per *LinkedIn sender*. Expandi, Skylead and Dripify charge per *seat*. Prosyo charges per workspace at the low end, then per seat, with additional sending accounts priced separately and much lower. Comparing “$19 vs $79” without knowing what the unit buys is meaningless.

**Second, “email included” is doing enormous work.** HeyReach has no native email sending. Waalaxy gates cold email behind its €69 tier. Meet Alfred gates it behind Pro. If your plan is LinkedIn plus email — and for most teams in 2026 it should be, as we argue in the [safety pillar](https://prosyo.com/linkedin-automation-safety-limits/) — then several of these tools require a second subscription before you have sent anything.

## **The four scenarios that actually describe you**

Abstract per-seat pricing is useless. Here is what four real setups cost per month, with the add-ons included.

### **Scenario 1 — Solo founder, LinkedIn only**

One LinkedIn account. No email yet. Testing whether the channel works at all.

| Tool | Monthly | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Prosyo Starter** | **$19** | 1 LinkedIn account, 1 active campaign, 1,000 imports, 100 AI credits, 30 intent people, ChatGPT/Claude connectors |
| Waalaxy Pro | ~$21 (€19) | 1 LinkedIn account, 300 invitations/month, 25 email finder credits |
| Dripify Basic | $59 | 1 seat, 1 drip campaign, limited daily quotas |
| Meet Alfred Basic | $59 | 3 campaigns, LinkedIn only |
| HeyReach Growth | $79 | 1 sender, full API and MCP |
| Expandi Business | $99 | 1 seat, dedicated IP, unlimited campaigns |
| Skylead | $100 | 1 seat, plus unlimited email accounts you are not using yet |

**Verdict:** Prosyo and Waalaxy are the sensible entry points, and they differ in shape. Waalaxy caps you at 300 invitations a month, which is roughly 75 a week — close to the safe ceiling anyway, so it is less limiting than it sounds. Prosyo’s Starter gives you one active campaign but includes intent people and the AI assistant connectors. Everything from $59 upward is overpaying at this stage, unless you specifically need Expandi’s dedicated IP from day one.

### **Scenario 2 — Solo founder, LinkedIn plus email**

This is where the pricing table stops telling the truth.

| Setup | Monthly | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Prosyo Multichannel** | **$49** | 1 LinkedIn + 1 Gmail/Outlook + 1 SMTP/IMAP mailbox, 3 campaigns, 250 AI credits, 100 intent people |
| Dripify Basic | $59 | Email sequences included, 100 email finder credits |
| Waalaxy Business | ~$76 (€69) | Cold email unlocked, 500 email finder credits |
| Expandi Business | $99 | Email follow-ups inside the sequence |
| Meet Alfred Pro | $99 | LinkedIn, email and X |
| Skylead | $100 | Unlimited email accounts, 100k emails/month, warm-up included |
| HeyReach + Instantly | **$116** | $79 HeyReach + $37 Instantly. Two tools, two inboxes, no shared stop-on-reply |
| HeyReach + Smartlead | $118 | Same structural problem |
| lemlist Multichannel | $99 | Email-first with LinkedIn steps bolted on |

The HeyReach rows are the important ones, and not only because of the price. When LinkedIn and email live in two different tools, **stop-on-reply does not work across channels**. Someone replies to your LinkedIn message, and your email tool — which has no idea that happened — sends the follow-up two days later. That is the single most damaging thing you can do to a warm conversation, and it is a structural consequence of splitting the stack, not a bug you can configure away.

### **Scenario 3 — Three-person sales team, LinkedIn plus email**

| Setup | Monthly | Per person |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Prosyo Agency / Team** | **$147** | $49 — 1 LinkedIn + 1 Gmail/Outlook per seat, shared inbox, roles and permissions |
| Meet Alfred Team | $237 | $79 |
| HeyReach Growth × 3 | $237 | $79 — LinkedIn only, add ~$37 for email = $274 |
| Dripify Advanced × 3 | $297 | $99 — multi-team management, A/B testing |
| Expandi Business × 3 | $297 | $99 |
| Skylead × 3 | $300 | $100 — unlimited mailboxes, built-in warm-up |

**Verdict:** the spread here is roughly $150 to $300 a month, or about $1,800 a year — real money for a small team, but not decisive on its own. At this size, judge on whether one reply stops every channel, whether the inbox is genuinely shared, and how good the targeting is. Skylead’s unlimited mailboxes and included warm-up genuinely justify its price if you are running high email volume.

### **Scenario 4 — Agency, 10 client LinkedIn accounts**

This is where per-sender pricing gets expensive fast, and where the numbers get dramatic.

| Setup | Monthly | Effective per sender |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Prosyo Agency / Team** — 2 team seats + 8 extra sender seats | **~$250** | **~$25** |
| Meet Alfred Team × 10 | $790 | $79 |
| HeyReach Growth × 10 | $790 | $79 |
| Expandi × 10 | $990 (agency pricing negotiable) | $99 |
| HeyReach Agency bundle | $999 for **25** senders | **$40** at full utilisation |
| Skylead Agency | $999 for **25** seats (first-year promo) | **$40** at full utilisation |
| Skylead Agency unlimited | $1,999 | Falls with scale |
| HeyReach Unlimited | $2,999 | Falls with scale |

Read this table carefully, because the naive reading is wrong in both directions.

**Below about 15 senders, per-sender pricing hurts.** An agency with 10 clients pays $790–$990 on HeyReach or Expandi versus roughly $250 on Prosyo. Over a year that is a $6,500–$9,000 difference, which for most small agencies is a hire.

**Above 25 senders, the bundles get genuinely competitive.** HeyReach’s $999-for-25 works out at $40 per sender, and its unlimited tier keeps falling. HeyReach is also the most agency-native product in the category — unlimited free client logins, VAs and teammates with no per-user fee, white-label workspaces, and an API and MCP server that are properly built rather than bolted on. If you run 40 client accounts and bill for the reporting, that is a defensible $2,999.

Two costs the bundles hide, though. HeyReach does not provide proxies on its Agency and Unlimited tiers — you bring your own, which is both money and operational work. And because HeyReach does not send email, a multichannel agency is adding a cold email platform, its mailboxes and its domains on top.

We go deeper on agency economics in [running LinkedIn outreach for multiple clients](https://prosyo.com/white-label-linkedin-lead-generation-agency/) and on the HeyReach decision specifically in [HeyReach alternatives](https://prosyo.com/heyreach-alternatives/).

## **The hidden costs that double your bill**

Every one of these is a line item that does not appear on a pricing page but does appear on your card statement.

### **1. Mailboxes and sending domains — $5 to $200+/month**

Almost no outreach platform includes email sending infrastructure. You buy the mailboxes. Serious cold email operations run several secondary domains with three or four mailboxes each, because you cap volume per mailbox to protect deliverability. Ten mailboxes across three domains is a realistic small-team setup and costs real money before a single email sends.

Prosyo includes one SMTP/IMAP mailbox on Multichannel and Agency/Team, with extra mailbox seats at **$2/seat/month** — unusually cheap in this category, and deliberately so, because mailbox count is the main deliverability lever.

### **2. Email warm-up — $0 to $50/month**

New mailboxes need weeks of warm-up before they can carry cold volume. Some platforms include it (Skylead includes infinite warm-up; Instantly and Smartlead build it in). Others expect a separate subscription. Skipping it is the fastest route to the spam folder — see our [2026 deliverability guide](https://prosyo.com/cold-email-deliverability-2026/).

### **3. Email finder and enrichment credits — $0 to $300/month**

The most under-modelled cost in outbound. Dripify includes 100 email finder credits a month. Waalaxy Pro includes 25, Business 500. If you are enriching 2,000 prospects a month, none of those allowances come close and you are buying credit packs or a separate enrichment subscription.

Prosyo includes 100 AI credits on Starter and 250 on Multichannel, with enrichment at 5 credits per prospect and a personalised line at 2. Verified work-email lookup runs automatically after every import at no extra cost — and only addresses verified at 85% confidence or higher are ever saved, so you are not paying for guesses. Credit packs are $/₹ priced separately; full detail in the [add-ons documentation](https://prosyo.com/docs/billing/add-ons-and-upgrades/).

### **4. LinkedIn Sales Navigator — around $99/month**

Not sold by any of these vendors, and frequently required to build a decent list. Sales Navigator removes LinkedIn’s commercial use limit and unlocks the filters that actually correlate with acceptance. Budget for it; it is often the second-largest line after the platform itself. Our [Sales Navigator walkthrough](https://prosyo.com/sales-navigator-to-campaign/) covers which filters earn their keep.

### **5. Proxies — $0 to $15 per sender per month**

Cloud tools need a stable IP per LinkedIn account. Most bundle it. HeyReach’s Agency and Unlimited tiers explicitly require bring-your-own-proxy, which at 25 senders is both a monthly cost and a procurement job.

### **6. Intent data — $0 to enterprise contract**

If you want to know *who* to contact rather than just how to contact them, most stacks add a third-party intent subscription. Enterprise intent data is priced by contract and is account-level rather than person-level. Prosyo includes first-party intent people in every plan — 30 on Starter and trial, 100 on Multichannel, more per seat on Agency — with no separate data subscription. The reasoning is in our [buying intent pillar](https://prosyo.com/b2b-buying-intent-signals/).

### **7. The annual lock-in**

Annual discounts are real: Prosyo saves 24%, Meet Alfred advertises up to 40%, Waalaxy up to 50% on yearly billing, Expandi 20%. They are also a commitment made before you know whether the channel works for you. Run monthly for the first quarter. Switch to annual once you have a repeatable motion — the discount will still be there.

### **8. The cost of a restricted account**

The line item nobody budgets. A restricted LinkedIn account costs you the sender, the pipeline in flight, and potentially the client. For an agency it is a churn event. This is why safety features are a cost consideration, not a nice-to-have — covered in full in the [safety pillar](https://prosyo.com/linkedin-automation-safety-limits/).

## **Total cost of ownership, twelve months**

Putting the hidden costs back in. Three-person team, LinkedIn plus email, moderate enrichment, Sales Navigator for one person.

| Line item | Prosyo | HeyReach + Instantly | Expandi + Instantly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Platform, 3 seats/senders | $1,764 | $2,844 | $3,564 |
| Cold email platform | Included | $444 | $444 |
| Extra mailboxes (6 × $2 vs market rate) | $144 | ~$430 | ~$430 |
| Enrichment / email finder top-ups | ~$300 | ~$600 | ~$600 |
| Intent data | Included | Not available natively | Not available natively |
| Sales Navigator × 1 | $1,188 | $1,188 | $1,188 |
| Proxies | Included | Included on Growth | Included |
| **Year one total** | **~$3,396** | **~$5,506** | **~$6,226** |

Figures are illustrative and assume monthly billing at list price. Annual discounts reduce all three columns. The point is not the exact total — it is that the gap between columns is roughly double what the headline per-seat prices suggest, and that the gap is driven by the things nobody puts on a pricing page.

## **The only number that matters: cost per meeting**

Here is the framing that should actually drive the decision.

Take the two scenarios from our [benchmarks post](https://prosyo.com/linkedin-outreach-benchmarks/). A volume motion on a broad list books roughly 3 meetings a month per sender. An intent-led motion on a tight list books roughly 9, on half the sending volume.

| | Cheap tool, broad list | Expensive tool, broad list | Mid-price tool, intent-led list |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Platform cost/month | $19 | $99 | $49 |
| Meetings/month | 3 | 3 | 9 |
| **Cost per meeting** | **$6.30** | **$33** | **$5.40** |
| Hours of your time/week | 6 | 6 | 2 |
| **Fully-loaded cost per meeting** at $60/hr | **$126** | **$153** | **$58** |

Two conclusions follow, and the second is the more important one.

**Software price is a rounding error next to your time.** The difference between a $19 tool and a $99 tool is $80 a month. The difference between six hours a week of manual prospecting and two is about sixteen hours — worth roughly $960 at a modest rate. Optimise for the hours.

**List quality beats both.** A better list triples the output without changing the software line at all. Any tool decision that does not consider where the list comes from is optimising the wrong variable.

## **Where each tool genuinely wins**

Nobody is best at everything, including us. Here is the honest version.

### **HeyReach**

**Wins at:** agencies running 25+ client LinkedIn accounts. Unlimited free client logins, VAs and teammates with no per-user fee is a genuinely differentiated model, and the API, webhooks and MCP server are properly built. White-label workspaces are first-class.

**Costs you:** $79/sender is punishing below about 15 senders. No native email means a second platform, a second inbox, and no cross-channel stop-on-reply. Bring-your-own-proxy on agency tiers.

→ [Prosyo vs HeyReach](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-heyreach/) · [HeyReach alternatives](https://prosyo.com/heyreach-alternatives/)

### **Expandi**

**Wins at:** account safety and reputation. Dedicated IP per account, mature cloud infrastructure, and the longest track record in the category. If your LinkedIn account is irreplaceable, this is a defensible $99.

**Costs you:** the highest non-agency entry price in the comparison, and a 7-day trial that is short for proving a channel with multi-week sequences.

→ [Prosyo vs Expandi](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-expandi/) · [Expandi alternatives](https://prosyo.com/expandi-alternatives/)

### **Dripify**

**Wins at:** structured drip campaigns with email included at every tier, clear daily quota controls, and a good annual discount ($39/month on Basic). Advanced adds A/B testing and multi-team management.

**Costs you:** Basic allows one campaign and limited quotas, so most people end up on Pro or Advanced. Only 100 email finder credits a month.

→ [Prosyo vs Dripify](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-dripify/) · [Dripify alternatives](https://prosyo.com/dripify-alternatives/)

### **Waalaxy**

**Wins at:** the friendliest on-ramp in the category and the cheapest true entry point at €19. Excellent for someone learning LinkedIn outreach.

**Costs you:** 300 invitations a month on Pro, and cold email only on the €69 Business tier — so the multichannel price is not €19, it is €69.

→ [Prosyo vs Waalaxy](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-waalaxy/)

### **Skylead**

**Wins at:** email infrastructure. Unlimited email accounts, 100,000 emails a month, infinite warm-up, finder and verifier, all in the $100 seat. If email is your primary channel and LinkedIn is the supporting act, the maths is strong.

**Costs you:** $100 per seat is a lot for LinkedIn-first teams, and the AI SDR and enrichment are add-ons rather than included.

→ [Prosyo vs Skylead](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-skylead/)

### **Meet Alfred**

**Wins at:** channel breadth — LinkedIn, email and X, plus post scheduling and content retargeting. Aggressive annual discount.

**Costs you:** email and X are gated behind Pro at $99, so the $59 entry is LinkedIn-only.

→ [Prosyo vs Meet Alfred](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-meet-alfred/)

### **lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead**

**Win at:** cold email at volume. Instantly at $37 and Smartlead at $39 are the cheapest credible entry into serious email sending, with deliverability tooling built in.

**Cost you:** LinkedIn is either absent (Instantly, Smartlead) or secondary (lemlist). Pair them with a LinkedIn tool and you are back to the two-platform problem.

→ [vs lemlist](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-lemlist/) · [vs Instantly](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-instantly/) · [vs Smartlead](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-smartlead/)

### **Apollo and Clay**

**Win at:** data. Apollo bundles a large B2B database with sequencing at a competitive per-user price. Clay is the most powerful enrichment and signal orchestration layer available, and nothing else comes close for building custom waterfalls.

**Cost you:** Apollo’s LinkedIn automation is thin compared to dedicated tools. Clay is not a sender — it feeds one — and it rewards an ops person who enjoys building. Credits add up quickly.

→ [Prosyo vs Apollo](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-apollo/)

### **Octopus CRM, Dux-Soup, Linked Helper**

**Win at:** price. Browser-extension and desktop tools are the cheapest way to automate LinkedIn, and because they run on your own machine and IP the session is maximally native.

**Cost you:** your computer has to be on, which makes consistent pacing hard, and consistency is itself a safety property. Email and reply management are limited or absent.

→ [vs Octopus CRM](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-octopus-crm/) · [vs Dux-Soup](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-dux-soup/) · [vs Linked Helper](https://prosyo.com/compare/prosyo-vs-linked-helper/)

### **Prosyo**

**Wins at:** cost per sender at small and mid scale, LinkedIn and email in one sequence from $49 with cross-channel stop-on-reply, first-party intent included in every plan rather than sold separately, and ChatGPT and Claude connectors on every tier so you can run outreach from a chat window.

**Costs you:** Starter allows one active campaign, so multi-campaign testing means Multichannel. The agency tooling is younger than HeyReach’s — if you need deep white-label client portals at 40+ senders today, HeyReach is more mature. And Prosyo is LinkedIn and email only: no X, no calling, no SMS.

## **How to run the comparison on your own numbers**

1. **Count your senders, not your people.** Five humans sharing two LinkedIn accounts is a two-sender problem, and per-sender pricing rewards you for noticing.
2. **Decide whether email is in scope.** If yes, add the email platform, the mailboxes, the domains and the warm-up to every LinkedIn-only quote. Then re-rank.
3. **Estimate enrichment volume.** Prospects per month × per-prospect cost. This line surprises people more than any other.
4. **Add Sales Navigator** for anyone building lists — roughly $99 per person per month.
5. **Divide by expected meetings**, not by seats. Then add your own hourly rate × hours spent.
6. **Run monthly for one quarter.** Take the annual discount once the motion is proven.
7. **Trial two tools at once on the same list.** It is the only comparison that tells you anything. Most vendors offer 7–14 days; Waalaxy and HeyReach give 14, which is long enough to see a multi-step sequence complete.

## **Frequently asked questions**

### **How much does LinkedIn outreach software cost in 2026?**

Entry pricing ranges from about $19 a month to $100 per seat. Prosyo starts at $19, Waalaxy at €19, Meet Alfred and Dripify at $59, HeyReach at $79 per sender, Expandi at $99 per seat and Skylead at $100 per seat. Adding email sending, mailboxes, enrichment credits and Sales Navigator typically doubles the headline figure.

### **What is the cheapest LinkedIn outreach tool that includes email?**

As of September 2026, Prosyo Multichannel at $49 a month is the cheapest plan that includes a LinkedIn account, a Gmail or Outlook account and an SMTP/IMAP mailbox together. Dripify includes email sequences from $59 billed monthly. Waalaxy only unlocks cold email on its Business tier at €69.

### **Why is HeyReach more expensive than other LinkedIn tools?**

HeyReach prices per LinkedIn sender at $79 a month rather than per user, which suits agencies running many client accounts. Its Agency bundle at $999 for 25 senders works out around $40 per sender and is competitive at scale. It is expensive for solo operators and small teams, and it has no native email sending, so most users pay for a separate cold email tool alongside it.

### **What hidden costs come with LinkedIn outreach tools?**

The most commonly missed costs are extra mailboxes and sending domains, email warm-up, email finder and enrichment credits, LinkedIn Sales Navigator at roughly $99 a month, proxies on agency tiers that require bring-your-own-proxy, separate intent data subscriptions, and annual contracts signed before the channel is proven.

### **Is it cheaper to use one multichannel tool or separate LinkedIn and email tools?**

One tool is usually cheaper and always operationally simpler. Splitting the stack means two subscriptions, two inboxes and — critically — no cross-channel stop-on-reply, so a prospect who replies on LinkedIn can still receive a scheduled email. Separate tools make sense when email is your dominant channel and you need specialist deliverability infrastructure.

### **Should I pay annually for LinkedIn outreach software?**

Not in your first quarter. Annual discounts range from 20% to 50%, which is meaningful, but they commit you before you know whether the channel works for your market. Run monthly until you have a repeatable motion, then switch.

### **What does an agency pay for 10 client LinkedIn accounts?**

Roughly $250 a month on Prosyo using two team seats plus eight additional sender seats, around $790 on HeyReach or Meet Alfred at $79 per sender, and around $990 on Expandi. Above 25 senders the bundled agency plans from HeyReach and Skylead at $999 become competitive at about $40 per sender.
