How many connection requests, messages and profile views can you send on LinkedIn? Here's what we know, what Prosyo enforces, and how to keep your account in good standing.

Note

LinkedIn doesn't publish exact numbers, and its limits change and vary by account. The ranges below reflect commonly reported limits and Prosyo's own guidance. Always start conservatively.

## Connection requests#

| | Guidance |
| --- | --- |
| **Weekly limit (LinkedIn)** | Commonly reported at roughly 100–200 invitations a week, depending on account age, activity and acceptance history |
| **Safe daily pace** | 15–20 a day on an established account, 10 a day on a new or quiet one |
| **Prosyo presets** | Cautious 10 · Recommended 20 · High volume 25 a day (maximum setting 50) |
| **Note length** | 300 characters max. Free accounts may have a monthly cap on personalized notes. |

**What hurts your invitation limit:**

- Many **pending** invites. Withdraw old ones with **Cancel an invitation if not accepted till**.
- Low **acceptance rate** from poor targeting.
- People clicking **"I don't know this person"**.

## Messages#

| | Guidance |
| --- | --- |
| **Messages to 1st-degree connections** | No published cap, but keep the pace steady. Prosyo counts them in **LinkedIn actions / day**. |
| **InMail** | Limited by the InMail credits on your Sales Navigator or Premium plan. Prosyo's **InMail** step uses Sales Navigator InMail first, then Premium. Someone you're already connected with gets a normal message instead, which uses no InMail credit. With no InMail credits left, the step is skipped. InMails count in **LinkedIn actions / day**. |

## Profile views, likes and comments#

Campaign steps that visit a profile, like a post or comment on one count toward **LinkedIn actions / day** in Prosyo (Cautious 20 · Recommended 40 · High volume 60, maximum setting 150). Every LinkedIn campaign step counts there, including connection requests, messages, voice notes and InMails.

Profiles Prosyo reads for Intent and research, searches, imports and Chrome extension captures don't count against the limits you set on a campaign. Only campaign steps do.

Free accounts have a monthly commercial-use search limit. Sales Navigator removes most search limits.

## How Prosyo keeps you safe#

| Protection | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Daily limits** | Caps connection requests, LinkedIn actions and emails per sending account per day, across every campaign that uses that account |
| **Delay between actions** | A random gap between actions on each account: 5–15 minutes by default, adjustable from 5 to 60. No bursts. |
| **Working hours** | Sends only during the hours and days you choose |
| **Auto-withdraw invites** | Cancels invites not accepted after 1–30 days |
| **Stop on reply** | No follow-ups after someone answers |
| **Pause on disconnect** | If an account can't send any more, people it hasn't contacted move to the campaign's other accounts. People it already contacted wait if it only needs reconnecting, or start the sequence again from another account if it was removed for good. If no account on that channel can send, Prosyo pauses the campaign and tells you how to fix it. |
| **Spread after pauses** | Steps that became due while a campaign was paused are spread across your working hours, not sent all at once |

See [Sending limits and safety](https://prosyo.com/es/docs/campaigns/sending-limits-safety/).

## Warm-up plan for a new or quiet account#

| Week | Invites / day | LinkedIn actions / day |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | 5–10 | 15–20 |
| 2 | 10–15 | 25–30 |
| 3 | 15–20 | 35–40 |
| 4+ | Up to 20–25, if acceptance is 30%+ | 40–60 |

Keep using LinkedIn yourself too: post, comment and accept invites. Good targeting and real conversations matter more than volume.

## If LinkedIn restricts your account#

1. **Pause** your campaigns, if Prosyo hasn't paused them already.
2. Complete LinkedIn's verification steps in your browser.
3. On each campaign's **Sending & safety** tab, switch the limits to **Cautious**.
4. Wait a few days, then **Reconnect** the account in **Settings → Accounts**. Campaigns Prosyo paused for that account resume by themselves. For campaigns you paused, click **Review & resume**.
5. Review targeting. Low acceptance is usually the root cause.

## Scale safely#

Want more volume? Add **senders**, not speed. Add a LinkedIn account with an Agency / Team seat or an [extra LinkedIn/email seat](https://prosyo.com/es/docs/billing/add-ons-and-upgrades/) (on Multichannel, Agency / Team or AppSumo plans), then pick it under **Sending & safety → LinkedIn accounts**. A campaign can send from up to 10 LinkedIn accounts. Each prospect stays with one account, and daily limits apply to each, so every account keeps a steady pace.
