# Connect Prosyo to Claude (MCP Custom Connector) | Prosyo

Connect Prosyo to **Claude** and run your outreach from a chat: check campaigns, create draft sequences, review your inbox and send replies. Anything that sends always waits for your **yes** in the chat.

## What you need#

- A Prosyo account with access to the workspace you want to connect
- A Claude account on a plan that supports custom connectors. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to add the connector first.
- The Prosyo **connection address**:

You can also copy it in Prosyo: go to **Integrations**, click the **Claude** card, and click **Copy address** in the panel that opens.

## Connect in Claude (web or desktop)#

1. In Prosyo, go to **Integrations** and click the **Claude** card. In the panel that opens, click **Copy address** to copy the **connection address**.
2. In Claude, open **Settings → Connectors**.
3. Click **Add custom connector**.
4. Enter:
   - **Name:** `Prosyo`
   - **Remote MCP server URL:** `https://app.prosyo.com/ai`
5. Click **Add**.
6. Click **Connect** next to Prosyo. A Prosyo window opens.
7. Sign in to Prosyo, **choose the workspace**, and click **Allow**.
8. You're sent back to Claude. Prosyo shows as connected.

In Prosyo, the **Claude** card on **Integrations** now shows **Connected**.

Note

If Prosyo is listed in Claude's connector directory, you can search for **Prosyo** there and click **Connect** instead of adding it by URL. In that case the Claude panel in Prosyo shows **Open Claude** instead of the address.

### Claude Team and Enterprise#

An **Owner** adds the connector once for the organization under **Organization settings → Connectors**, using the same URL. Each member then clicks **Connect** and signs in to their own Prosyo account.

## Use it in a chat#

1. Start a new chat.
2. Open the **tools / connectors** menu under the message box and make sure **Prosyo** is turned on.

Try:

- "Show my running campaigns and their reply rates."
- "What's in my Prosyo inbox?"
- "Create a LinkedIn connect sequence for APAC CMOs as a draft."
- "Draft a reply to the last unread thread."
- "Who showed buying signals today?"

## Safety: nothing sends without your yes#

| Action | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Read campaigns, lists, prospects, inbox | Runs straight away |
| Create a **draft** campaign | Saved straight away. Nothing is sent. |
| **Pause** a campaign | Runs straight away |
| **Launch**, **resume**, **enroll prospects**, **send an inbox reply** | Claude shows a summary and waits for you to confirm in the chat |
| **Unlock**, **research** or **enrich** people (spends credits), **approve** people waiting for review | Claude shows the credit cost or who will be approved, and waits for you to confirm in the chat |

Claude **can't** connect LinkedIn or email accounts, change billing or buy credits. Do those in Prosyo.

## Disconnect#

- **In Prosyo** (owners and admins): go to **Integrations**, click the **Claude** card, then **Disconnect Claude**. Access stops immediately.
- **In Claude:** **Settings → Connectors → Prosyo → Disconnect** or remove.

## Troubleshooting#

| Problem | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| Claude shows an error after **Allow** | Disconnect Prosyo (in Claude, or in Prosyo if you're an owner or admin), then click **Connect** in Claude again and Allow. |
| Prosyo says not connected | The connection finishes only after Claude completes sign-in. Try connecting again from Claude. |
| Wrong workspace | Disconnect, reconnect, and pick the right workspace on the Allow screen. |
| "Add custom connector" is missing | Your Claude plan or organization settings don't allow custom connectors. Ask your Claude admin. |
| Claude doesn't use Prosyo | Turn Prosyo on in the chat's connectors menu, or mention "in Prosyo" in your request. |
