# Audience and enrollment

The **Audience** tab controls who a campaign contacts. People join a campaign from a **list**.

## Add prospects

1. Open the campaign and click **Add prospects**. It's at the top of every tab and on the **Audience** tab.
2. Choose a **Prospect list**.
3. Click **Enroll list**.

Prosyo shows how many people were enrolled.

No lists yet? In **Prospects**, select people and click **Add to list**, or choose a list during [CSV import](https://prosyo.com/docs/prospects/import-csv-excel.md).

## See who's in the campaign

The **Audience** tab shows **Total**, **In progress**, **Completed**, **Replied** and **Errors**, then every enrolled person with their current step, progress, last action, status and when they were enrolled. Search with **Search enrolled people…**, or switch from **Sheet** to **Board** to see people grouped by step. Click a person to open their side panel.

## Fill the campaign automatically from Intent

Instead of, or as well as, a list, a campaign can add people by itself as they show the buying signals you choose and fit your ideal customer.

1. On the **Audience** tab, find **Automatic audience from Intent**.
2. Choose **Turn on** and pick the signals, the interest and fit needed, when outreach starts, a monthly credit budget, and **Review first** or **Autopilot**.

The card shows how many people it **matched** and **added** in the last 30 days, how many are **waiting for review**, and the credits used this month out of your budget. Use **Edit audience**, **Pause** or **Resume** at any time. Each new person is researched before the first message (10 credits, plus 10 to unlock someone beyond your plan's monthly Intent people). See [Intent-led campaigns](https://prosyo.com/docs/campaigns/intent-led-campaigns.md).

## Who gets left out, and why

| Reason | What happens |
|---|---|
| Already enrolled | Not added again. Each person is contacted **at most once per campaign**. |
| Do not contact | Not added. People set to *Do not contact* are left out automatically. |
| No LinkedIn profile | Enrolled, but LinkedIn steps are skipped for them |
| No email address | Enrolled, but email steps are skipped for them |
| Already replied to you | Enrolled, but Prosyo stops their steps instead of contacting someone who is already talking to you (see [When someone replies](#when-someone-replies)) |

Before you launch, the launch review counts people with no email address, no LinkedIn URL, set to *Do not contact*, or who already replied positively, under **Exclusions and data gaps**. Prosyo never invents missing data to force someone in.

## Add more people to a running campaign

You can add prospects while a campaign runs. New people start from step 1 and are spread across your working hours. They aren't sent to all at once.

## When someone replies

With **Turn off remaining steps when they reply** on (the default), a reply on LinkedIn **or** email stops that person's remaining steps. Everyone else keeps going. See [Sending limits and safety](https://prosyo.com/docs/campaigns/sending-limits-safety.md#4-when-a-lead-replies).

## Audience size tips

- For a first campaign, **50 to 200 people** is plenty to learn what works.
- With the **Recommended** limits, one LinkedIn account sends up to 20 connection requests a day, so 200 people take about two working weeks to reach.
- Want to reach more people faster? Add more LinkedIn accounts to the same campaign under **Sending & safety → LinkedIn accounts**. Each account sends at its own daily limit. Extra LinkedIn senders are [bought on Billing](https://prosyo.com/docs/billing/add-ons-and-upgrades.md) on Multichannel, Agency / Team and AppSumo plans, not on Starter.
