# Plans and pricing

Every new workspace gets a **7-day free trial** of Starter. Pick a plan any time in **Settings → Billing**.

**Enterprise** has custom pricing for large teams: click **Contact sales** on its card. It includes up to 100 LinkedIn accounts and 100 mailboxes, unlimited campaigns, people and AI credits, every Intent buying signal, client workspaces, custom terms and dedicated onboarding. Personalized video isn't part of Enterprise.

## Your monthly Intent people

Your plan includes a number of **Intent people** each month: 30 on the trial and Starter, 100 on Multichannel, 100 per Agency / Team seat, and unlimited on Enterprise and Penny SDR All-in. A website is optional. Your connected LinkedIn and your inbox are enough to start, without a separate data subscription.

Prosyo delivers your included people automatically: the best ideal-customer matches first, a share each day, and **High-intent ICP** people right away. People who show interest but aren't delivered yet appear **locked**, so you can see that someone is interested before you spend anything. **Unlock** uses your included amount first and only costs credits once it's used up.

Always free: form fills, sign-ups, people who message you first, people still warming up, first-message drafts on Today, reopening research within 30 days, and research that could not be completed (your credits come back automatically). When your monthly people are used up and you have fewer than 10 credits, tracking pauses on its own and starts again when you add credits or at the start of the next month. ## Penny plans

If your workspace has them, the Agent Penny plans are in the **Agent Penny** section of **Settings → Billing → Plan**, and on **AI Agents → Plans**. Owners and admins can buy them.

A **+** means the amount is added to what your own plan includes. Add-ons add it once: it doesn't multiply with Agency / Team seats. Each minute on Penny's computer beyond the included minutes uses 2 credits.

Penny plans in rupees: Penny Agents ₹6,999 a month or ₹63,828 a year, Penny SDR ₹20,999 a month, and Penny SDR All-in ₹41,999 a month.

AI credit packs in rupees: 100 credits ₹180, 250 credits ₹450, 500 credits ₹900, 1,000 credits ₹1,800, 2,500 credits ₹4,050 and 5,000 credits ₹7,200.

## Add Agent Penny to your workflow

Open **AI Agents → Plans**, or the **Agent Penny** section of **Settings → Billing**, for the current Penny options and prices in your currency.

Penny Agents and Penny SDR are add-ons: they do not add teammate logins or sending accounts. Penny SDR All-in is a primary plan. A workspace has one Penny plan at a time. Personalized video creation is available with **Multichannel**, **Agency / Team** or **Penny SDR All-in**. Penny add-ons alone do not unlock it. Each included email seat holds one mailbox: choose SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook.

## The trial

- Lasts **7 days**. Depending on how trials are set up for your currency, it starts when your workspace is created or when you click **Start free trial** in **Settings → Billing**.
- Uses Starter's limits and includes **25 AI credits** and 1 custom SMTP/IMAP mailbox (marked **Included in trial** in **Settings → Accounts**).
- Where your trial uses autopay, LinkedIn connects once autopay is set up: **Settings → Billing** shows **Unlock LinkedIn during your trial** with **Add autopay**. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; then it continues as paid Starter by itself. If your trial started without a payment method, or autopay isn't set up, **Settings → Accounts** shows **Choose a plan** instead, and LinkedIn connects once you choose one.
- Gmail and Outlook connect on a paid plan with an email seat, such as Multichannel.
- **Cancel trial** ends the trial straight away and cancels autopay, so nothing is charged.
- Credit packs and Penny add-ons need a paid plan. Penny SDR All-in can start straight from the trial.

When the trial ends without a plan, your data stays and **Settings → Billing** says "Your trial has ended — choose a plan below to keep sending."

## Currencies and payment

Choose **USD**, **EUR** or **INR** with the currency switch in **Settings → Billing**. Browsers set to Indian time open in INR. Rupee checkout can take a card or UPI. Yearly billing saves **24%**.

## Pricing FAQ

**Is there a free plan?**
There's a 7-day free trial of Starter. After that, plans start at $19 a month.

**Do I need a credit card for the trial?**
It depends on your currency. Some trials start without any payment method; on those, LinkedIn connects once you choose a plan. Where the trial uses autopay, setting it up unlocks LinkedIn during the trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can also skip the trial and choose a plan.

**What's the difference between an Agency / Team seat and an extra LinkedIn/email seat?**
An Agency / Team seat is a **teammate login** plus 1 LinkedIn seat and 1 email seat (SMTP/IMAP, Gmail or Outlook). An extra LinkedIn/email seat is **one more sending account** only (a LinkedIn account, Gmail or Outlook), with no extra login.

**Can I use my own email server on Starter?**
Only during the trial. Paid Starter is LinkedIn-only. Multichannel and Agency / Team include an email seat, which can be your own SMTP/IMAP mailbox or Gmail/Outlook.

**Do AI credits roll over?**
No. Plan credits reset each billing cycle; unused ones don't carry over, and they're used before any credits you bought. Credits you buy never expire.

**Do ChatGPT and Claude cost extra?**
No. They're included on every plan. Asking about your data through them uses no Prosyo credits. Actions that cost credits, such as enrichment or research, show the cost and run only after you confirm.

**Can I switch plans later?**
Yes. Upgrade, add seats or cancel any time in **Settings → Billing**.

**Do you offer yearly billing?**
Yes. Yearly saves 24%. Penny SDR and Penny SDR All-in are billed monthly only.
