# Set Up Penny SDR and Review Your Daily Outreach | Prosyo

- Let daily batches start automatically
- Review the daily suggestions

Give your outreach day a clear routine. Penny SDR brings prospect selection, campaign preparation and reply follow-up into one place. Review each daily batch or give Penny permission to start matching prospects automatically.

Penny SDR is available with two plans, both billed monthly:

- **Penny SDR**, an add-on to an active Multichannel, Agency / Team, Enterprise or AppSumo plan. It needs a plan with email, because Penny writes email.
- **Penny SDR All-in**, a plan of its own that includes 1 LinkedIn account and 1 mailbox. You can start it straight from your trial.

See them in **AI Agents → Plans** (if your workspace shows it) or in the **Agent Penny** section of **Settings → Billing**. If your workspace has [Penny's computer](https://prosyo.com/de/docs/ai/pennys-computer/), both plans include minutes on it: 200 a month with Penny SDR and 600 with Penny SDR All-in.

## Before you start#

- Describe your ideal customer and what you sell.
- Connect the LinkedIn account and mailbox you want to use.
- Check that the accounts are healthy and your sending hours fit your audience.
- Add your meeting link if you want it included in suggested replies.

The Penny SDR add-on uses your existing outreach accounts. Penny SDR All-in includes one LinkedIn account and one mailbox. Extra teammate logins and sending accounts are separate from an add-on.

## Complete setup#

Owners and admins set up Penny SDR.

1. Open **AI Agents → Penny SDR** and choose **Continue setup**.
2. Work through the five steps, clicking **Save and continue** on each (**Save** on the last one):
   - **What you sell:** your website, offer, proof and who it's for.
   - **Who to reach:** an ideal customer, job titles, industries, locations, companies or domains to never contact, and a **Minimum fit score**.
   - **Accounts and pace:** the LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes Penny may use (up to 10 of each), connection requests per account per day (15 to start, at most 20), emails per mailbox per day (30 to start, at most 50), working hours, time zone and meeting link.
   - **Voice:** tone (Friendly, Direct or Formal), message languages (English, Spanish, German, French or Portuguese (Brazil)) and, if you have video templates, an optional personalized video template.
   - **Approvals:** how you approve and which replies Penny may answer on her own (see below).
3. Read **Before Penny starts** and use **Fix** on anything that needs attention.
4. Click **Start Penny** when the setup is ready.

The pace fields are “Pre-filled with safe defaults. Penny never goes above them.” Penny starts with people already in Prosyo: Hot and Warm people from Intent first, then your own people who fit and were never contacted. Up to 100 new people a day are added, within each account's limits and your working hours.

Begin with a focused audience and a message you would be comfortable sending yourself. You can refine the setup as you learn which conversations lead to meetings.

Your saved website, offer, ideal customer, meeting link and working preferences fill matching setup fields when available. Changes you have already saved in Penny SDR stay in place. Selecting an ideal customer also fills its audience details, so you can review and adjust them.

Use **Help me write this · 1 credit** in **What you sell** for suggested wording based on your saved workspace information. Choose **Use this wording** to apply it, or **Keep my wording**. Add verified customer names and results yourself; Penny leaves the optional proof field for your facts.

If setup can't load, you see a message instead of an empty form. Choose **Try again**.

## Choose how you approve#

In the **Approvals** step, under **How you approve**, choose **Approve a daily batch (recommended)** or **Approve every message**. Each day Penny prepares a batch of new people and their first messages, plus any reply drafts, for you to review.

Under **Penny may answer these replies on its own**, you can allow a polite close for **Not interested** and **Do not contact** replies, after which Penny stops. Positive replies always come to you, with a draft that includes your meeting link.

## Let daily batches start automatically#

In the **Approvals** step, an owner or admin can select **Start daily prospect batches automatically**. Saving authorizes Penny to add matching people to its campaign and start outreach from your chosen accounts within your limits and working hours. Daily batches then run without another approval.

Existing workspaces keep reviewing batches until they choose this option. Positive replies still come to you.

Pause Penny or turn automatic start off to stop future batches. Editing your outreach setup turns it off until you review and save the **Approvals** step again. If the person who granted permission leaves or loses admin access, new batches wait for review. Pausing Penny does not pause campaigns already running; pause those from **Campaigns** too.

## Review the daily suggestions#

Penny prepares a batch every day at 7:00 in the time zone you chose in setup. Open it from **Review** on the Penny SDR home page or from your notification.

1. Search people, companies or messages, and filter by source, item type, status (**Pending review** or **Reviewed**) and **Minimum fit**.
2. Check each person, the campaign and the exact first message. To change a message, click **Edit draft**, make your change and click **Save draft**. Saving only changes the draft; approval starts the outreach.
3. Leave out anyone who doesn't belong with **Remove**.
4. Click **Approve all**, or select people and click **Approve** (the button shows how many).

Approval adds those people to the campaign and starts the approved outreach. Your campaign's working hours, sending limits and stop-on-reply settings still apply. When automatic start is off, an unapproved batch doesn't start outreach. A batch that wasn't approved in time expires, and nobody in it was contacted; Penny prepares a new one the next morning.

The fit shown on each person is their stored ideal-customer fit score, not a chance of replying.

Keep your lists and ideal-customer profile current to improve the pool Penny can work with.

## Handle replies and account warnings#

Review suggested replies before sending them. If an account needs attention or outreach quality checks stop the work, open Penny SDR to see what needs fixing. Reconnect the affected account or adjust your approach before resuming.

Owners and admins can pause Penny SDR with **Pause** on its home page, and start it again with **Resume**. To stop a campaign that is already running, also open that campaign and pause it.

## Track progress#

The Penny SDR home page shows what needs your approval, today's plan, the campaigns Penny runs and the last run. Penny also reports back every Monday.

Under **Outreach performance** you can:

- Pick a date range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month or **Custom range**.
- Use **Compare with** to see the previous period.
- Open **Advanced filters** to filter by Campaign, Sending account, Channel, Discovery source and Outreach action.
- Use **Export CSV** to download the report.

| Figure | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| **People found** | People Penny proposed |
| **Added to outreach** | People added to Penny's campaigns |
| **People contacted** | People who were sent outreach |
| **Outreach sent** | Confirmed connection requests and messages, including email. Profile views and research are left out. |
| **People replying** | People who replied |
| **Positive replies** | People whose reply was labelled Interested or Wants a meeting |
| **Meetings recorded** | People with a recorded move to the Meeting stage |
| **Failed actions** | Outreach steps that failed |
| **Cohort reply rate** | Of the people contacted in the period, the share who replied |

Click a figure to see the exact people behind it. Below the figures you'll find **Outreach over time**, **Campaign results**, **Channel performance**, **Where people came from** and **Work history**. Check the campaign's reports and Inbox for the resulting conversations. A pending review or a paused run is not a completed outreach day.
